Area cleaning by Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 250metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete in coping and other places by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting and Felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots by excavation and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Girth beyond 30cm, upto and including 60cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s, Gates, stair case, gratings etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, providing heavy duty Hinges or SS bolts , applying a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats ofAnti corrosive Epoxy PU paint paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains . copings , encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast in situ controlled RCC of M30 grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching charges for mixing & cost of admixtures mechanical mixing transporting and placing at all lifts vibrating consolidation, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings lintels sunshade gutter slabs beam ,water tank machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Form work and reinforcement will be paid for separately )all as per specification and all as shown in drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: Minimum Cement content of 380 kg of cement per cu.m of concrete with admixtures for all floors. (Rate iclusive of providing readymix Concrete if any) In all floors

Providing, cutting, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, binding and fixing in position all grades of steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe - 500 D Grade steel confirming to IS 1786 ' SAIL or vizag or approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia with chairs etc in all reinforced cement concrete works, at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/ cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be produced from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc. with necessary bracings in all axis to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion, all materials and labour complete in all respects at all elevation.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints without disturbing structure and cleaning the surface for plaster at all levels including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 metres lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping and removal of spalled concrete, cracked, porous and weak concrete up to a depth of 20mm behind the reinforcement rods or depth of carbonation whichever is deeper and cleaning of the reinforcement bars and exposed concrete to remove scales by chipping, wire brushing, emery sheets, cleaning the entire surface by blowing compressed air or water jet etc., to enable the measurement of reduced dia. of the bar, application of zinc primer to the reinforcement on all sides of the reinforcement and application of epoxy bonding agent to exposed old concrete surfaces. This also includes the chipping and removal of guniting work carried out recently to check the reinforcement in order to decide on the requirement and addition of reinforcement etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Note: Payment towards application of zinc primer and epoxy bonding agent shall be paid in respective item.

Supply and application of two coats of anti-corrosion primer MasterEmaco P130 of BASF / NITOZINC PRIMER of FOSROC or equivalent product approved by the engineer-in-charge as per the list mentioned in the Specific requirements under Notes to the Agency as per manufacturer’s recommendation to the exposed steel reinforcement including manpower, brushes, scaffolding arrangements etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and replacing new reinforcement in place of corroded reinforcement bar and Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement ( when the area of bar is damaging by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a new reinforcement bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / welding with old bar, including cost of reinforcement , complete in all respect including removing unserviceable materials from site complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing watertight shuttering using plywood of 10mm to 12mm thickwith suitable wood runner, joint and with provision forpouring micro concrete. The formwork shall be fixed to lines and dimension to get finished edges and stable to retain the form shape and resist leakage under hydraulic pressures of micro concrete complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, mixing and placing in position the Micro Concrete MasterEmaco S466 of BASF/ RENDEROC RG (S) of FOSROC or equivalent product approved by the engineer-in-charge as per the list mentioned in the Specific requirements under Notes to the Agency as per the manufacturer's recommendations as directedby the Engineer-in-charge including mixing in suitable and approved mixing machine, pumping of micro concrete under pressure using approved Pneumatic pumps or manually so as to ensure that the concrete laid for encasement in dense, properly compacted, free from honey combs etc. all as directed and approved by the Engineer-in-charge, including the skilled applicators.

Providing and application of bonding agent with long open time at all heights MASTER BRACE 1414 of BASF or equivalent product approved by the engineer-in-charge as per the Specific requirements and application of bonding agent as per manufacturer's recommendation etc., complete all. as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and mixing MasterEmaco SBR 2 in plastering mortar for RCC old structures BASF/FOSROC construction chemicals make or approved equivalent including tax and transportation etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm to 20mm thick for RCC surface Repairs for internal and external faces, finished smooth including mixing MasterEmaco SBR 2 of BASF / Nitobond SBR / approved equivalent at the rate of 7 Lt. / Bag of cement, over the primed surface using Nitobond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (SBR: Water: Cement). Repair mortar has to be applied before priming coat dries, if the bonding compound dried it should be re-coated, scaffolding, cleaning and washing the surfaces , curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MasterEmaco SBR 2 of BASF / Nitobond SBR shall be supplied by department.

Providing and applying two coats of high performance, acrylic resin based protective and decorative coating MasterProtect 300even shade on all plastered surface of walls at all heights, all tools, tackles, materials, manpower’s, equipment’s, machinery etc., all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system(cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding , working platform , walkway wherever required , lighting arrangement etc. and maintaining it in serviceable condition for execution of work of civil repair/structural repair & rehabilitation /cleaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection or work at required locations with essential safety features for the workman etc., complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in charge

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks / Flyash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, and Ground floor, etc. for the following floors.-for Basement and Ground Floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 20mm thick for brickwork on its external faces including hacking pock marking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and fixing UPVC sliding windows (ASCENT UPVC or TIMBE or QUTE or approved equivalent make) with 2 track UPVC frame including all fittings and Fixtures like rollers, Locks, handles and required reinforcemet of best quality, sliding shutters glass panels will be of 6 mm thick Toughened Glass complete all as per specifications. (Note: contrator shall provide drawings list of fittings & fixtures etc before placing order to specilized agency for the approval of Engineer in charge) (Approximate size of window 1200mmx1500m )

Providing, supplying and fixing UPVC sliding windows (ASCENT UPVC or TIMBE or QUTE approved equivalent make) with 3 track UPVC frame including all fittings and Fixtures like rollers, Locks, handles and required reinforcemet of best quality, sliding shutters glass panels will be of 6 mm thick Toughened Glass complete all as per specifications. (Note: contrator shall provide drawings list of fittings & fixtures etc before placing order to specilized agency for the approval of Engineer in charge) (Approximate size of window 1500mmx1500m )

Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (Steel /wood/ aluminium ) shutter at all levels including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50m lead (Full windows) of area 3.00 sq.m and below all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing Rolling shutters including removing old grease, cleaning, checking alignment and making good ,applying new grease including necessary scaffolding and minor repairs complete all as directed by the Engineerin Charge

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint ( APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer ) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer , applying putty , preparation of the surfaces , scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint ( APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer ) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer , applying putty , preparation of the surfaces , scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing, supplying, and fixing in position Factory made WPC Door frame of size 100 x 50 mm of approved shape including sawing, jointing, as shown in the drawings, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 40 mm X 3 mm thick 200 mm long or with coach screws including joining materials, adhesives, fastners , labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Measurement shall be based on actual length of Frame used.

Providing and Fixing 30mm thick factory made WPC door shutters (Wood Plastic composite) with minimum density of 600 Kg/ Cu.m of approved make including all accessories & fittings like 3 nos 100mm SS hinges, 2 Nos 125mm Grip aluminium Bow handles, 2 Nos of Aluminium 75mm Baby latch for each door complete all as directed at by the Engineer-in-Charge.(sample, Model and colour to be got approved before procurement)

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders , Old RCC beams, slabs ,concrete debris or stand spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) .Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 kilometre but not exceeding 2 kilometre. NOTE: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.
