| 1 | Providing tipper truck of minimum 10-ton carrying capacity, complete with driver/operator, fuel, lubricants and all necessary accessories, for loading, transportation, unloading and shifting of any type of materials, stores, equipment, at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition and shall comply with all statutory requirements, including valid registration, insurance, pollution control certificate and permits as applicable complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) Depending upon operational requirements and directions of the User, one or two tipper trucks may be required to be deployed simultaneously during any exercise or part thereof, at such locations and times as may be directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The Contractor shall ensure availability and deployment of the required number of tipper trucks throughout the duration of the exercise.
(b) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include all costs towards hiring of machinery, fuel, lubricants, operators/drivers, maintenance, statutory compliances, minor tools and plants, overheads and all incidental expenses necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. | 2 | Providing JCB (Backhoe Loader) having minimum lifting capacity of 1,490 kg and loader shovel/bucket capacity ranging from 1.0 to 1.1 cubic metre, complete with driver/operator, fuel, lubricants and all necessary accessories, for excavation in any type of soil, trenching, earthwork, loading, unloading, backfilling, refilling, dressing, removal of excavated material, debris clearance and any other operation suitable for execution by a JCB machine, at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition and shall comply with all statutory requirements, including valid registration, insurance, pollution control certificate and permits as applicable complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) Depending upon operational requirements and directions of the User, one or two JCB may be required to be deployed simultaneously during any exercise or part thereof, at such locations and times as may be directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 3 | Providing tractor with plougher of any approved type and capacity as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete with driver/operator, fuel, lubricants and all necessary accessories, for ploughing, cultivation, levelling, uprooting of vegetation, preparation of ground, clearance of grassed/open areas and other allied land maintenance operations at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The tractor and plougher attachment shall be maintained in sound mechanical condition and shall comply with all statutory requirements, including valid registration, insurance, pollution control certificate and permits as applicable complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) Depending upon operational requirements and directions of the User, one or two tractor with plougher may be required to be deployed simultaneously during any exercise or part thereof, at such locations and times as may be directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The Contractor shall ensure availability and deployment of the required number of tractors with plougher throughout the duration of the exercise.

The operator/driver shall possess a valid driving licence of appropriate category and shall be fully conversant with the operation, handling and routine safety checks of the vehicle complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) The tipper truck, fuel, lubricants and all other running expenses shall be provided by the Department.
(b) The number of operators/drivers to be deployed shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge based on operational and site requirements, including requirements during exercises or part thereof and requirements other than exercises at the MT Section. The operator/driver shall possess a valid driving licence of appropriate category and shall be fully conversant with the operation, handling and routine safety checks of the vehicle complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) The JCB, fuel, lubricants and all other running expenses shall be provided by the Department.
(b) The number of operators/drivers to be deployed shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge based on operational and site requirements, including requirements during exercises or part thereof and requirements other than exercises at the MT Section. | 6 | Providing skilled mason experienced in carrying out Rapidgrout (rapid-setting cement) works, including preparation of surfaces, mixing, placing, compacting, finishing as required, at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The mason shall be competent in handling rapid-setting cement and shall execute the work complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) Minor tools and plants ordinarily required for mason work, such as trowels, floats, buckets, pans, brushes and similar implements, shall be provided by the Contractor at no extra cost.
(b) A minimum of 04 Nos. skilled masons shall be made available during the exercise. However, the number of masons required may vary depending upon operational and site requirements, and the same shall be intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge prior to commencement of the exercise. | 7 | Providing unskilled mazdoor/labour for assisting in civil works, including handling, loading, unloading and shifting of materials, excavation, backfilling, cleaning, mixing of materials, site clearance and other miscellaneous labour duties as required for proper execution of the work, including cleaning of the Dall/IMDM machine and associated equipment after completion of each exercise, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes: (a) Minor tools and plants ordinarily required for labour work, such as buckets, pans, spades, shovels, brushes, ropes and similar implements, shall be provided by the Contractor at no extra cost.
(b) The number of unskilled mazdoor/labour to be deployed shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge based on operational and site requirements, including requirements during exercises or part thereof and requirements for cleaning of the machine and associated equipment after completion of each exercise. A minimum of 14 Nos. of unskilled labourers shall be made available and deployed during each exercise. A minimum of 4 Nos. of operators/drivers shall be made available and deployed during each exercise. | 10 | Providing trained, experienced and competent Co-Operator to assist the driver in the operation of departmental Vibrator Roller as required during runway rehabilitation exercises, at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The Co-Operator shall be fully conversant with the operation, handling and routine safety checks of the Vibrator Roller and shall assist the driver in safe and efficient operation of the equipment, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes:
(a) The Vibrator Roller, fuel, lubricants and all other running/operational expenses shall be provided by the Department.
(b) The number of Co-Operators to be deployed shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge based on operational and site requirements, including requirements during exercises or part thereof. A minimum of 01 No. Co-Operator shall be made available and deployed during each exercise.
