The LEDs should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick transfer of heat to heat sink. This also ensure that LEDs should free from dust/ moisture/ water entry (IP 66) . The luminous efficacy should > 100 lumens/ watt and power factor > 0.95 and CCT 4000 K with permissable variation of +/- of 300 K operating voltage voltage should be 100 volt to 300 volts with under and over voltage protection. In build surge protection should be more than 2 KV and external SPD should be of 10 KV capacity. The operating voltage should be 90V to 300V with under voltage and over voltage protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brackets using GI tubing light grade, 40mm dia to suit dia of street light, 1.2 mtr long bended in angular shape suitable for fixing of street light fixed along the pole with two Nos iron clamps 40 x 3mm and necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- sample of fitting to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before ordering.

S&F sheet metal enclosure outdoor type made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet vertical type double door fixed on wall/ floor with the help of angle iron 50x50x6mm stand of height 900mm such that 450mm grouted in PCC not less than 01 meter height. The enclosure with lockable front and paint with one coat of anti corrosive solution one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enameled paint (synthetic) duly spray painted and provision for cable entry and attachment with the pedestal. The enclosure will comprising of the following items:- (i) MCCB of 4 pole 100 amps, 16 KA for incoming and outgoing connections. (v) Voltmeter of range 0 to 500 volt digital type. (vi) Ameter of range o to 100 Amps digital type. (vi) Indication lamp one set of three.

Supply and fixing of three core PVC insulated copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm for connection from junction box to street light from inside to steel tubular pole through standard holes pvovided in the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S & F junction box hot pressed SMC 250mm, environment friendly, recylable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and one No. MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including clamps made of MS flat at size 25 x 3mm , nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.
