Taking down chowkats (wooden/steel) or frame exc 1.50 sqm but nexc 4 sqm each with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames (wooden/steel) not exc 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for second class hard wood plain, solid, straight, chowkats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for forming jambs to openings in CM 1:4 including cutting, toothings and properly bonding into old work including facing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm & nexc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of FRP laminate conforming to table 3 of IS:14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class HW glazed and skeleton shutters (partly pannelled and partly glazed) open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire cloth gauge etc,(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, sectiion 8, clause 8.20(a).

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, in opening & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet as per manufacturers specification and drawing. (Make - Rajashree / Sintex / Black Cobra)

M&L Preparation of new wood surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, 300mm, mild steel, including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-65 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination on the other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work fixed in repairs including 1st class teakwood lipping 4mm thick fixed with nails for cub board shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised of size 125mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F particle boards 18/19mm thick exterior grade BWR type adhesive, fixed with screw to timber frame in shelves, drawers etc in repairs, all as specified and as directed .

M&L Preparing the rendered surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt / dust particles and applying a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS-702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litres / Sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg / sqm laid on primed surface by torch application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing & placing factory made modular kitchen floor unit cabinets with openable shutters and drawers with designer Handles (Bow) of 128 mm pitch, self closing Hinges of approved make, PVC designer legs 100mm (not less than 25 Nos each Unit) as per drgs with drawers made of 0.6mm body panels & 1.2mm thick horizontal frames of Galvanised sheet, Powder coated with min thickness of 40 to 60 microns complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge. Note : (i) The complete details and specification as given in PS are to be followed and the amount is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (ii) SS Sink, SS baskets & trays and Granite Platform work will be measured and paid seperately. Note : (i) The complete details and specification as given in PS are to be followed and the amount is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (ii) SS Chimney work will be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Colour and the material of the Cabinets is to be approved by the GE before the start of the work under intimation to the Accepting officer. (iv). The size of the Top Unit will be (310 (d) x 600 (h))mm. (v) Complete kitchen will be considered as one job as per the details mentioned in PS and drawings attached.

M&L for providing and fixing Dish Basket set of size 600mm x 560mm of SS - 304 grade with plain galvanized steel drawer (100mm height - 01 No), PVC Cutlury Tray and SS wire basket (100mm height - 01 No each) & Plate wire basket (150mm - 01 No) with required SS screws of suitable size moving on self closing serene telescopic channels (02 Nos each basket) of approved make complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.
