The intending bidder should have supplied AIR PRE HEATER MAIN DRIVE GEAR BOX SPARES worth not less than Rs.47.91 lakhs in a single Purchase Order in any one year during Five financial years (2021-22, 2022-2023, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) to any industry / Thermal Power Station / Public Sector Undertaking etc. As a proof bidder shall upload the original scanned PO copies

The intending bidder should be OEM/OES Authorised Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Channel partner of Lufkin Industries, Inc. Lufkin, Texas for APH MAIN DRIVE GEAR BOX SPARES, shall do declare (Annexure-II) and supply as per our technical specification

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.95.83 lakhs for any two years during the last five years (2021-22, 2022-2023, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
