REPAIR / MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING PIPELINES, HYDRANTS, VALVES, PUMPS, CONTROL PANELS/ CABLES AT INS HANSA UNDER GE (NW) VASCO

Providing, laying, jointing, testing in replacement of 100 mm dia Cast Iron (CI) pipe of class as specified on prepared surface/available trench including alignment, lowering of pipes, jointing with spun yarn and lead/ rubber ring gasket as applicable, including all fittings, specials, bends, tees, sockets, collars, flanges, nuts, bolts and jointing materials complete. The item shall also include hydraulic testing of pipe line, rectification of minor leakages, painting/touch up of damaged portions and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and laying in replacement of MS pipes confirming to IS-1239 heavy grade including cutting, welding provn of fitings, flanges, elbows, tees, reducers with pipe supports and two coats of bituminous paint over a cost of primer (pipes to be used for pump suction and delivery, fire brigade inlets, sydrants ring main, wet riser sprinkler system and any other use as required at site including removing old all as specified and as directed:-

(a) 100mm dia

(b) 80mm dia

Supply, fixing and laying in replacement of GI pipe heavy duty including cutting, welding of fittings, flanges, elbows, tees, reducers with pipe supports and teo coats of bituminious paint over a cost of primer (pipes to be used for pump suction and delivery, fire brigade inlets, sydrants ring main, wet riser sprinkler system and any other use as required at site including removing old all as specified and as directed:-

(a) 100 mm dia

(b) 50 mm dia

(c) 40 mm dia

(d) 25 mm dia

Supply and fix in replacement of external (Yard) Hydrants comprising of:- (a) Stand post for Single outlet. (b) Single headed landing valve. (c) Shut off twin instantaneus type female connection with coupling outlet with 63mm gun landing valve, MS tee topping from underground main ring line, duck foot bend flanged, riser, cap chain and other accessories including removing old and all as required and specified
