Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water remove Dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (Internal) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm average thick wall putty, all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ).

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls including cornices, plasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down, preparing and stopping of old surfaces, removing nails, making good holes,cracks etc and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
