Supply and making straight through cable joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including Ferrules suitable for following size of XLPE Al. conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. (Make ISI polymer) 3.5 core 185 sqmm

Earthing with G.I earth plate(600x600x3) mm copper earth including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply laying 4mm dia copper wire earth wire on surface/recess for loop earthing.

Supply & laying 25X5MM copper strip on surface/recess for connection.

Erection of steel tubular pole or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of 11 KV pin type insulator complete with large steel head G.I pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR Conductor of following size including binding etc. as required. 7/2.11 MM TO 7/3.00 MM

Supply and erection of Stay Set complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 meter long stay rod, Anchor plate of 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm, thimble stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 foundation including excavation and refillIng etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. ABOVE 95 SQMM & UPTO 185 SQMM

Supply and errection of 30 Amp Aerial fuse complete as required.

Providing & fixing M.V danger notice plate of (200x150)mm made of Mild Steel at least 2mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both side and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required

Supply and erection of galvanized ‘D’ iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (100 mm x 110 mm), G.I bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required.

Providing & erection of channel iron (75mm x 40mm x 6) 7.14 kg per metre, cross arm for 4 wire overhead line conductor complete with clamps, bolts, nuts including drilling holes for pin insulators etc. painting with primer and finish paint.

Supply of swaged type steel tubular pole of following height duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of silver paint made of Mild Steel conforming to IS 2713 part III of 1980 designated as 410 SP15 panted in 1/6th the height of the pole deep welded with (300x300x6) mm base plate. The pole shall be provided with suitable clamps for fixing the cross arms/ M.S. channels. The planting depth of the pole shall be 1.5 mtr & height above Ground level shall be 7.50 mtr. The length of the bottom, middle and top sections shall be 5 mtr, 2 mtr & 2 mtr. The outer dia and thickness of the sections shall be (139.7x4.50) mm, (114.3x3.65) mm & (88.9x3.25) mm respectively including Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including formwork, plastering if required, curing etc. as required. Supply installation testing and commissioning of following rating , 11/0.433 KV, three phase, 50 HZ, outdoor type, Dynll, ONAN, copper wound distribution transformer with off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of ± 2.5%, ± 5%, ± 7.5% complete with all accessories viz. Buchholz relay for Alarm & Trip, Marshalling Box for alarm and trip, Conservator, oil & winding temperature indicators, magnetic oil level indicator, lifting lugs, earthing studs, name plate and winding connections diagram and Bi-directional rollers etc. The transformer to be designed for an ambient temperature of 45C and winding temperature rise of 50C over ambient. Transformer to be as per IS 2026 Part I to Part V power transformer including first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil and conforming to IS 2026 (Part II & 5) of 1977 (Make Bharti/ Electric field/ crompton) 200 KVA

Providing fixing testing and commissioning of heavy duty 11 KV station type lightening arrestor set of three piece non linear resistor, suitable for 3 wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with normal discharge current rating of 5KA complete with G.I clamping arrangement G.I bolts, nuts washers etc as required. Supply& installation of flat iron braced (50x6) mm as per the site requirement.

Supply& fixing of 20mm dia G.I pipe for street light bracket including bending to shape, (40x3) mm flat iron clamp and wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated wire complete as required.

Providing & fixing welded mesh around the transformer alongwith the angle iron of (40x40x5)mm size approximately 2’-0” height (04 Nos.) above the transformer fixed at corners of the platform including priming and painting etc. complete.
