Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Dismantling plain cement or lime concrete work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Covering of treated surface with PCC:- Providing 50mm thick cement concrete M20 (1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2mtx2mt panels with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compoundincluding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying and fixing 10 Gauge weld mesh of size 100mm x100 mm for floor/roof slab concrete screed over the micro beams as reinforcement. The weld mesh shall be fixed as per drawing.

Dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing 25 mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layer 19 mm thick (1:2:4) with 12 mm to 6mm size graded stone chips and top layer 6 mm thick (1:2) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l.
