Bailing out water from Ground level service reservoir of capacity 2.5 lakh litre having size 10.3 M dia and 3 M height each by scrubbing with wire brush thoroughly and applying bleaching powder to inner surface of entire tanks and cleaning by washing complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening of existing galvanised iron suction pipe 100mm dia, taking out sewage from intake chamber, cleaning the pipe, strainer and refixing the same including replacement of rubber gasket and 16mm dia, 100mm long bolts, nuts and washers as required at sewage pump house complete all as specified and as directed.

Emptying and cleaning sewage intake chamber of size 9.4M x 6.7M x 3.3 M by using wire brushes, broom sticks, metallic wire brush as required and removing the sludge and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50 M complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of large swimming pool of size 50 M x 21M x 1 to 2.2 M (lay path), 16M x 16M x 5M (deep path) as described below:- (a) Cleaning and washing of glazed tiles in floor and walls with bleaching powder including over flow channels and aeriators/fountain of swimming pool. (b) Draining out of water from bottom of pool, pool duct and balancing chamber and removing dirt and washing the pool as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Removing dirt to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed. Note :- The quoted rates is inclusive of bailing out of water from the swimming pool and balancing chamber. Location:- Old swimming pool

All as per item 4 above but small swimming pool of size 16.64Mx 8.84M x1.4 to 1.7 Mcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repair to squirrel cage induction motor make Kirloskar of capacity 20HP, 415 Volts after dismantling and removing burnt out winding wire and rewinding with suitable size of new copper winding wire of the same gauge, varnising, heating, becking including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully suction and delivery water line connections and opening carefully the pump set of capacity 20 HP of make Kirloskar removing shaft from impeller and refixing at the same shaft after remetaling and assembling including replacing worn out nuts, bolts and washers, replacing gland packing of suitable size, 6 mm thick gasket, greasing etc and fixing properly including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as considered therein.

Supply only gun metal bushes (02 Nos) suitable for 20 HP pump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for remetaling, grinding, polishing worn out shaft of 20 HP pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only check nuts for impeller of 20 HP pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 'O' ring for shaft assembly of 20 HP pump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of openwell non-clog submersible pump of 12.5HP including disconnecting, taking out after loosening nuts, bolts, washers etc, dismantling the pump and motor, strip opening motor and taking out old burnt out winding wire carefully and rewinding with new copper winding wire (PVC insulated) of the same gauge, reassembling and refixing in its original position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm dia PVC flexible pipe 4mm thick (black) for carrying out shock treatment in swimming pool with necessary clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.23 above but 25mm dia for chlorinator outlet complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully the suction sweeper pump assembly 05 HP of make Kirloskar from base plate and separating motor and pump for carrying out necessary repair or replacement of minor spares like replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers, replacing gland packing of suitable size, 6 mm thick gasket , greasing etc and refixing in same position properly including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Other spares if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as considered therein.

M&L for rewinding of 05 HP suction sweeper motor make Kirloskar at workshop as directed including necessary transporation arrangement from site to workshop and bringing back including disconnecting, taking out after loosening nuts, bolts, washers etc ,dismantling the old burnt out winding wire carefully and rewinding with new copper winding wire (PVC insulated) of the same gauge, reassembling, and refixing in its original position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

(iii) Changing of main hole cover gasket of 450mm dia 6mm thick. (iv) Cleaning of serviceable PVC strainer including replacement of broken PVC strainer 50mm dia including refixing. (v) Painting with one coat of black bituminous anticorrosive paint inside walls including preparation of surface by scrapping removing scales, rust, dust etc. Note:- New filter media and PVC strainer 50mm dia required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as considered therein.
