Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/UNSV components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, welding, providing hinges, denting, applying steel putty for leveled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion of Almirah Steel Med Complete all as specified and as applicable as drawings,FD-1032. NOTE : Work will be executed where the furniture exist in Sekhon vihar Offrs Md Accn including BSO's Furniture Yard at AF Stn Palam as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Removing of unserviceable and worn out legs and providing new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet fabricated to shape as per existing almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H Large complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable shelves and providing new shelves made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick with fixing brackets of existing type almirah Med steel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing unserviceable shutter and providing new shutter using MS sheet 1.00mm thick as per existing shape Almirah Med steel. (Drg No FD-1032) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MS clips with screw/nuts and bolts of almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H medium (Drg No FD-1032) refixing/weldling with new items, MS clips with screws/nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.05 above but locks (6 levers ) of make link or Harrison approved by GE.

Scratching of scratches/dentings to powder coated steel surface with emery paper, applying metel putty wherever required and repair inside/out side with Spray painting (Hammer tone) duly matched with existing surfaces or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable shelves and providing new shelves made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick with fixing brackets of existing type almirah large steel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing unserviceable shutter and providing new shutter using MS sheet 1.00mm thick as per existing shape Almirah large steel. (Drg No FD-1031) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MS clips with screw/nuts and bolts of almirah steel with shelves/Half S & Half H Large (Drg No FD-1031) refixing/weldling with new items, MS clips with screws/nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

18/19mm thick MDF board for sides, top and front of table bed side of size 450mmx500mm placed in position with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround the edges of the top as shown in drg with screws. (Make Novapan, Ecoboard, Green panelmax).

Legs to table bed side steel made of 18mm MS square pipe placed in position as shown in drg.

CP steel 100mm long handle to the drawers of the table bed side steel placed in position as shown in drg.

Supply and fix new drawer front for table bed side all as per Drg.

Replacement of worn out conduct MS 25 mm Sq pipe 16 gauge whrerever required as directed and fixing as shown on drg . (welding points shall be measured and paid separately.

Mig welding of broken joints MS members (tabular) .

Supply and fix plywood back 6 mm BWR grade for table bed side All as per Drg.

Material and labour for Scrapping of old polish and dirt from the surfaces of bidding by means of using appropriate sand paper, preparation of surfaces as described in PS and applying French polish in required coats as described in PS to give glossy and smooth finish etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint to complete table etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix suitable PVC shoes of superior quality .

Removing unserviceable damaged Seat & back of Chair computer, supply and fixing of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr on Hampden machine ,all as directed and specified by Engr -in -charge

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair computer and S&F new one made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in –charge.

Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer all as directed

Removing unserviceable Base and S&F new Base suitable for chair computer all as directed

Removing unserviceable adjustable Hydrolic system and S&F new adjustable Hydrolic system suitable for chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removing of old unsv tapestry cloth and supply and fixs new cloth (rate should not be less than INR 120/- per RM) as apporoved and directed by in Engr charge.

Material and labour for replacement of worn out 10mm dia MS bar wherever required as directed and fixing as shown on drg. (Note :- Welding points shall be measured and paid separetly).

MIG welding of broken joints MS members For table .

Rubber shoes 18mm square of high quality placed in position as shown in drg.

Material and labour for carrying out minor repairs like denting & gas welding of broken Frame etc and painting with one coats of the White colour synthetic enamel paint to complete table etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable/broken plywood from the charpoy folding IP by unscrewing nut,bolt, washer and flat iron. Supply and fixing new 10mm thick plywood BWP ISI marked of size 1980mmX900mm fixed over the pipe with new GI carriage bolt, not and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Century ply"'Sainik 710/Greenply" Green gold"/Archidply" Platinum"/Duroply"titanium"))

Rubber shoes 25mm dia of high quality placed in position as shown in drg.

One coat of synthetic black paint on all steel portion of charpoy folding IP with hard top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair writing officer and S&F new arm made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing of old unsv tapestry cloth and supply and fixs new cloth (rate should not be less than INR 120/- per RM) as apporoved and directed by in Engr charge.

Removing old broken rubber stopper of the chairs and S&F new Rubber stopper at bottom all as directed and specified by Engr -in -charge

Spot gas welding to broken parts/joints of chairs.

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair and Recanning the chair with plastic cane 4mm wide half round, white colour, (MAT Pattern),quality as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic / newar from the chair verandah and supply and fixing PVC seat 4mm thick in lieu of cane after providing two additional stiffener at centre of seat & back with 25x5 mm flat Iron welded with centre of the frame duly white painted for support of PVC seat. .Due care shall be taken while fixing the PVC seat, The PVC seat shall get approved from BSO and GE before supply.

Best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Painting the frame of the chairs by two coats of synthetic enamel white of approved quality.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in -before but Shoe Rack Steel FD/E6/MAP/02R :-

Continuous Gas welding as required .

Hard rubber shoes as per drg

Painting to steel shoe rack with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour after prepration of surfaces.

Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 66020.00 against Schedule of Credit on Page No 106 to 107 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) Item Nos 1 to 12 are pertaining to to Officers Md Accn at Sekhon Vihar under I/C BS for Sekhon Vihar at AF Stn Palam. (c) One Skilled carpenter, One skilled painter and one skilled polisher shall be provided daily in entire contract period for day to day urgent complaint for that attendence will be taken by Eng-in-Charge. Failing for providing the same will be panalized @1000/per day and the same will be recover from the bill of Contractor. Decision of GE will be final and binding.
