Part I : Sorakulathur - Porkunam road (Kusalpet) km 0/0 - 1/9 ( R188)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, scrubs, saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking old metalled/BT surface upto 10cm thick as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water and other item which may be necessary or convenient to the succesful completion of the excavation in a compacted condition a quality of materials not exceeding the amount of excavation including all machinery charges for T&P employed etc., complete for cutting side drains and forming berms as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per 7 special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., completes as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion RS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsic which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recoveres as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

BC 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing 9 per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades

M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregaes conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, lain in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 25 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork a sper drawing), spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including including provsion of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construciton joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard snge ficaiton
