Construction of temporary sand bandha on the bed of Ib river near Deogaon (near Rajpur Village) under Ib Valley Area under CSR head for the year 2023-24

Amount

Scrapping of sand from river bed and banking the same by tractor mounted scrappers and giving shape for stability as per instruction of EIC with all lead and lift complete.

Supply of empty gunny bags & filling the same with avaliable sand / pebbles from the river bed, stiching the same at the site and transporting to required place & placing the same at required place of work as per instruction of EIC including all lead & lift

Collection of Amri plant at work site and planting the same on downstream & upstream by the side of bandha as per instruction of EIC including all lead & lift.

Watch, Ward & Maintenance of Sand Bandha by engaging Labours for placing / removing wooden planks of regular, shaping the bandha by available sand from time to time etc. as & when required including watch & ward of Bandha & Regulator structure in all the three shifts as per instruction of EIC incharge (Minimum 04 labour to be engaged in all the three shifts i.e 02 labour 1st shift, 01 labour 2nd shift, & 01 labour in 3rd / Night shift)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Carriage of steel including loading, unloading and stacking with one km lead.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
