Excavation in Soil by Manual Means. (a)(Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.)

Maintenance of earthen shoulder(filling with fresh soil) Making up loss of material/irregularities on sholder(Avarage 150mm filling)to design levl by adding fresh approved soil andcompacting it with approved equipment)

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 150 mm by mechanicalmeans (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader in prepared surface, mixing nby mix in place method with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with all leads) - (i) For Grading II material

Water Bound Macadam:- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone agreegates of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibrator 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, requisite type of screening /binding materials to fill up the inter slices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II (B) By manual Means (c. using screening type-B) 11.2mm aggregate

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete edge block edge restrain complete as per technical specification clause 1504.

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of specified quantity using mechanical means.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A. with bitumen emalsion-CSS- 1h .

Tack Coat :-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (c) Granular surfaces treated with primer .

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for GradingII(10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Plain /reinforced cement concrete in Sub Structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuterring framework. B) RCC Grade M-25 Height upto 5.00M

Providing Weep holes in Brick Masonry/Plain/Reinforced Concrete abutment,wingwall/return wall with 100mm dia AC Pipe,extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce.Complete as per drawing and technical specification.
