Providing services of 26 Nos. Truck Mounted Anti-Smog Guns with Display of Environment Message to control dust pollution in Delhi by PWD during September 2026 to June 2027, September 2027 to June 2028 and Sept. 2028 to June 2029 under PWD Div. M-211.

Providing, running and maintaining the services of " ANTI SMOG GUN" of approved manufacture, mounted on Truck BS - VI CNG/EV (minimum 13500 kg GVW ) not older than january 2026 including driver having water tanker not less than 8000 liter capacity, with front and back camera tracking enabled with GPS System including 01 No. Operator and 1 no. helper consisting the following features. a. The throw shall achieve a minimum horizontal distance of 30 m under no-wind conditions, with the vehicle in a stationary position and without applying any pressure on the accelerator. b. The ASG should be capable of automatic continuous horizontal and vertical movement 180-degree rotation in the horizontal plane and -5° to 40°± 5° tilting in vertical plane c. Size of droplets should in the range of 0.5 to 50 micron. Nozzle free fogger or sprinkler header Having sufficient nos. stainless steel nozzles to atomize the water complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge d. The Anti-Smog Gun vehicle shall be equipped with a road washing front header having a minimum horizontal oscillation of 25° on both sides. The side headers on both sides shall be independently controllable. The system shall also be provided with a suitable number of nozzles for effective road washing and a hose reel arrangement for tree washing.. e. The rate are for minimum 2 trips per shift of 8 hours per day (excluding lunch hours). In case, 2 trips are not completed in 8 hours (excluding lunch hours), Anti-smog gun will be run to complete 2 trips without any extra cost to the department.
