Part -A (Civil works) Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Providing Fly ash bricks masonry work using (250mmx120mmx80mm size) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:4). in superstructure Immersing the bricks in water before use in all necessary projection splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. Including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labour, scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

16mm cement plaster on internal smooth side of RCC/brick surfaces with cement mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights. (Internal Surface)

SECOND FLOOR

12 mm thick Cement Plaster(1:4) for brick work with cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall. (per one Sq. Mtr.)

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in RCC surfaces including deep chiping and slurry treatement at all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:4) with cost, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) 1st quality of ,approved make, colours & shades laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand ) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge at all floors and all heights.
