1] Full/Bulk quantity of this item is reserved to procure from BIS approved sources or their authorized dealer/agent only for the tendered IS specification having satisfactory past performance of supplying same or similar item to any Railway. Relevant documents i.e. copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R- Note, CRN in support of the same to be uploaded/ attached. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then it will be presumed that they do not have any satisfactory past performance and offer will be rejected accordingly. 2] Purchase of this item will be made for ISI marked product only. 3] Railway also reserve the right to check tenderers' past performance in IREPS, hence if any Firm failed to upload credential, it would be checked in IREPS and evaluation will be done accordingly and if no credential is found so far then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard.

Tenderers' are requested to upload valid BIS license of OEM for the subject item or else their offer will not be treated as valid offer and such offer will summarily be rejected and also to submit the same along with material.

Tenderer other than BIS Approved source should attach/upload tender specific authorization/valid dealership certificate issued by BIS Approved source along with their offer failing of which, offer of the firm will not be considered as a valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored. No back reference will be entertained in this regard.
