SPECIAL REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINES WIH ASSOCIATED WORK IN MD ACCN AT SECTORS AT AF STATION CHANDIGARH UNDER GE(AF) STATION CHANDIGARH

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, sewage lines etc, as in soft/ loose soil and getting out, trimming sides and bottom to required level/ slope, watering and well ramming for foundation etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exc. 1.5m but n. exc. 3.00m depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, sewage lines etc, as in soft/ loose soil and getting out, trimming sides and bottom to required level/ slope, watering and well ramming for foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling soft/ loose soil in trenches including spreading, leveling in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and well ramming, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point in soils and removal of excavateded spoils to a place as earmarked by civic body for this purpose outside of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type C-1 by using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps, bands,coping, bed plates and in surface channel and drain and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 100 mm thick (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates and finished the surface rough to provide adequate bond for the topping as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concrete in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish to a place as earmarked by civic body for this purpose outside of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete 50 mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 by using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in footpath/paving etc finishing the surfaces of concrete even and fair (without using extra cement) including making impressions of expanded metal while the concrete is green in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish to a place as earmarked by civic body for this purpose outside of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with (old size) sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including rakimg out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
