Providing and laying autoclaved aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks masonry with 100mm / 125 mm thick with Grade 1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Raking our joints of existing terrace tiles inthe required width and depth and grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement :3Msand ) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metre lead all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
