ADDN/ALTN TO SEWAGE LINES OF DOMESTIC AREA AT 18 WG AFS PATHANKOT.

Taking down old damaged SGSW/UPVC/RCC pipes from existing lines upto 1.5m depth including necessary excavation as per requirement of old fitted in trenches and S&F HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS-16098 of 152mm & 180mm internal & external dia respectively, pressure rating SN-8 fixed with rubber seal and copler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc single Y junction, complete as required fixed as per manufacturer instruction laid in trenches for sewage lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rates included for pipe, bends any size and type, Y Jn coupler/ adaptor etc required and net total length of pipe with fittings shall be measured for payment purpose. Rate quoted by the contractor shall also include (a) Removal of broken pipes, concrete bed and any other material upto 50m and (b) Making surface under sewage pipe to required gradient for smoot flow of sewage (c) Filling and proper ramming of earth under, around and above the pipe after pipe is laid and tested and providing smooth/ levelled finish as already existing. (d) Clearing of grass, bushes and extra dumped soil if required on the route of sewage line, manhole approx. 3 mtr wide are deemed to include in the quoted rates by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (e) Rates for excavation of laying of pipe line deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

All as per item No 1 above but depth exc 1.5m and not exceeding 3m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening of cover of any description and de-sluding of Septic tanks/Soakage well/manholes/ pits of any size and depth by mechanical pumping (Truck moulded) by plugging inlet as requried, remove it from MD premises at his own arrangment and burried it in pit as per direction of Civil Administration, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..(The quoted rate includes for keeping the particular septic tank undertaken once for de-sludging functional for full contract period) Notes:-(a)Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from Septic tanks in liquis or semi liquid out side defence area and burring in borrow pits as per direction of Civil Administration.

Cutting in to existing manholes any dia for connecting new drains,making good to pipe and rendering,cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel(1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished,and reforming benching as required.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 of old size sub class ‘B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item 9 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
