Disconnecting the 100 KVA electric transformer from the input and output connections from HT and LT side after ensuring the shutdown from the concerned Elect. Sub-division. Dismantling/extracting the leg coil assembly along with allied parts of the transformer after removing the top cover of the transformer and then loading the coil assembly using manual labour & crane /chain pulley block in a vehicle and then shifting it to workshop for repairs. Rewinding of 01 no. HT leg coil with specified wire of appropriate gauge & reconditioning of 03 nos. LT leg coils which includes proper tapping and insulation. Keeping the leg coils assembly in the oven to make the assembly moisture free so that required megger value is achieved. Then Shifting the leg coil assembly along with allied parts of transformer back to site, unloading at LIS Kaskoot. Draining the old contaminated transformer oil and cleaning the sump tank with the appropriate cleaning agent. Lowering of the coils assembly inside the sump of the transformer, then installing the transformer on the hoisting channel with the help of crane/chain pulley and skilled manual labour. Complete Providing and fitting of LT bush rods- 03 Nos. and HT bush rods -03 Nos. along with insulators and requisite nuts and bolts and gaskets and other necessary items. Filling the transformer oil in the sump after giving heat treatment to make it moisture free and topping up with 80 liters fresh transformer oil. Refitting of the top cover by providing/fitting of gaskets, nuts and bolts. Testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections, connecting the HT supply by way of replacing the old damaged thimbles of appropriate rating and size and then connecting the LT supply by providing and fitting of incoming cable 140 sq mm 3.5 core armored cable 35 meter from transformer to main switch and providing of 19/16 copper cable or equivalent copper cable from main switch to panel of approx length 30 meter in three equal lengths. The job includes making of connections to the panel with newly provided cable by providing/ fitting of thimbles, insulating and fixing and providing suitable support. Testing of the 100 KVA transformer on full load at site. Repairs to LT control panel installed at LIS Kaskoot 200A, job involves disconnecting of electric connections, extraction of ampere meter, volt meter, CT coil, HRC fuses, internal wiring, bus bars, thimbles etc. Cleaning the whole enclosure by air blower. P/F of ampere meter 03 no., voltmeter 01 no., CT coils- 06 nos., HRC fuses-09 nos. and replacement of internal wiring and damaged bus bars .The job also includes P/F of new thimbles after cutting overheated ends with the help of crimping tools. Making all electrical connections and testing the panel on full load at site. Complete job involves cost of material, labour charges and hire charges of tools and tackles. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, loading & unloading, to & fro carriage, testing and installation and hire charges of the crane used during the execution of job. Note: -The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate and rebate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions
