Material and Labour for clean sawn timber fixed Second class soft-wood in scantlings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 4 mm thick ACP cladding, in wooden flush doors or WPC Doors and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m³, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling or inside door frames and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and Fix 200mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded sections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix 300 mm Mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodized sliding door bolts with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cost of extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 375 mm long Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) coping or filling for hold fast without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for greasing and easing in position of mild steel gate of area .exc 15 sqm and n.exc 40sqm each for full movement and for easy operation for shutters , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment any description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 m distance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roof or chajja padding of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying oil bound primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface and provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non-woven polyester matt with physical properties as given in particular specification. The laying shall got be done through authorized applicator of manufacturer as specified in particular specifications. Provide over the membrane finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane including Ten years guarantee on prescribed form complete all as per particular specification , manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/ Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour for preparing asbestos & ceiling board surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scaffolding as all arrangement.)

Supply and Fix Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 600x600 mm frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Fix Hangers 6 mm dia GI ( upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete Servicing of AHUs installed in Zone-01 AC plants, removing of air filters and refixing after cleaning with air blower and water with suitable cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush ,air blower and water spraying pump with gun and mixing the chemical suitable for removing of scales on aluminium fins and straighten the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity10000 CFM to 20000CFM , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repairs to condenser of AC plant by blocking the damaged/corroded tubes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge with the following instructions :- (i) Disconnecting the side covers of the condenser from their existing positions. (ii) Leakage testing of the condenser using pressurised nitrogen gas and finding the leaked tubes. (iii) Blocking the damaged/leaked tubes by brass plugs. (iv) Re-fixing the side covers of the condenser and the condenser valves from their existing positions with new nuts, bolts, rubber gasket and washers etc and painting the surface with approved shade of synthetic enamel paints for following capacities of condenser :-

Dismantling and taking down defective parts of chiller/condenser pump set of capacity 7.5 to10HP,replacement of defective parts like-bearing, bushes, impeller and shaft including lathe work and reassembling complete set including connecting and testing in presence of MES rep with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The following AC plant equipments, accessories and control panel will be maintained as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) DX type central AC plant make Voltas of capacity 34 TR (02 working + 01 stand by) installed at DBM 16 for maintaining Temp 21°C + 2°C and humidity 55 + 5% (b) Chilled water type central AC plant make Blue star of capacity 52 TR (02 working + 01 stand by) installed at DBM 19 for maintaining Temp 22°C + 2°C and humidity 60 + 5%

(a) Chilled water type central AC plant make Blue star of capacity 52 TR (02 working + 01 stand by) installed at DBM 18 for maintaining Temp 22°C + 2°C and humidity 60 + 5%

Out sourcing of services for Manning and operation of central AC plants by one skilled ref mech operator in each shift of 08 hrs i.e. Three (03) in a day for shifts i.e. 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs, 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs including Sunday & Holiday. The documentation of plant to be done by Ref Mech including maintaining Log Book. Routine maintenance including upkeep and cleanliness of other equipment like pump/motors, Cooling tower, AHU and surrounding area will be done by Ref Mech. The following AC plant equipments, accessories and control panel will be maintained as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Chilled water type central AC plant make Blue star of capacity 26 TR (02 working + 01 stand by) installed at AGM-13/ SBM-14 for maintaining Temp 23°C + 2°C and humidity 65 + 5%.

General notes for Item No 247.00 to 249.00 (a) Rate quoted by tenderer for the above items shall be deemed to be included for the expenditure of keeping general cleanliness of the area of the installations complete including cutting of grass shrubs & vegetations around the installations. (b) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions & tools required as applicable shall be provided by the contractor and shall be continuously in use of the operator on duty. No extra payment will be made to contractor for the same. (c) Printed log sheet shall be provided and maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by Eng-in-Charge duly signed by all concerned and no extra cost shall be admissible for this account. Log book shall be deposited with concerned JE every months and no payment will be made in absence of the same. (d) ITI qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or having minimum 5 years experience in operation and maintenance of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration plant shall be deployed by the contractor. Contractor shall arrange his man power in such a way that each employee should not be assigned more than one shift of 8 hours in a single day and weekly one day off is given to each employee for which separate manpower arrangement to be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the dept. (e) Any breakdown of AC Plant shall be reported immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in- Charge. (f) Life insurance of employed person shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost from any insurance company approved by IRDA. (g) Contractor will provide the uniform as recommended by Engr -in-Charge. The safety of equipment necessary T & P shall be maintained at all the installations. The contractor shall be fully responsible for safety of staff employed. Department will not be held responsible for any eventuality occurred to staff employed. The contractor will be responsible / liable to pay all type of compensation etc to employed staff in accordance with prevailing labour laws in country/ staff. (h) The tradesmen shall be well conversant with preventive measures (First Aid) in case of electrical accidents and fire fighting systems.

(j) Carrying out operation of equipments, as a part of day to day operation and in accordance with relevant PM checklists and as per schedules that will be prepared upon activation of contract. The salient features in these checklists are as follows :- (i) Starting and stopping of the equipment as per requirement of the user. (ii) Checking the water level in the cooling tower (applicable for water cooled units) (iii) Recording the equipment operational parameter including pump pressure and motor amps in the log sheet. (iv) Checking the central AC or Refrigeration system and equipment such as compressors, motors, pumps, cooling towers and their electrical controls on the respective equipment. (v) Checking the refrigeration system for any leaks. (vi) Checking the electrical and refrigeration control system for operation and adjustments of set values as necessary. (k) Penalty of absence of any Ref Mech shall be Rs 2500/- per shift per day. (l) Tmp measurer shall be provided by contractor in respective installation in proper working condition. Rates quoted deemed to include the same.

Notes:- The quoted rate for above plants described at item No 247.00 to 249.00 here-in-before shall be deemed to be included the following:- (i) The operator shall be ITI holder with sufficient experience (not less than 05 years). The operator should be capable to rectify both mechanical as well as electrical defects for smooth functioning of AC plants. It is responsibility of contractor to provide a reliever to the operator. So that the operator is available all time. (ii) Man power list with aadhar linked bank account number, qualification certificate will be submitted prior to commencement of work for necessary sanction from GE. (iii) The contractor/ service providing agency shall be wholly and exclusively responsible for payment of wages of persons engaged by it in compliance with all the statutory obligations under all related legislations as applicable to it from time to time including Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, EPF Act and the Department MES shall not incur any liability for any expenditure whatsoever on the persons employed by the contractor/ agency on account of any obligation. The contractor/ service providing agency will be required to provide particulars of group Insurance of employees engaged by him to the GE before processing of RAR payment. (iv) The contractor/ service providing agency will be required to provide two set of uniform to all operators with name and firm tag. (v) To carry out routine periodical checkups as directed by GE & Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Maintaining all the accessories such as electric panel, Interlocking wiring cables, pumps etc and all assemblies such as chillers etc and sub assemblies such as AHU, tower etc functional in any situation round the clock for the period including holidays etc. (vii) Maintaining the surrounding area of central AC plant building, cooling tower, etc neat & clean at all time. No wild vegetation to be seen with in the surrounding of building upto 5 metres all around (viii) Tools and plants such as spanners, wrench, screw driver, pliers, puller (Mechanically hydraulic) and alike items required for operation, sufficient running of the parts shall be arranged & are kept permanently with the staff (contractor's staff). However any major items which are required, as part of the installation shall arranged by the department.
