Supply and lowering of 150mm bore low carbon galvanised (LCG) stainer 3 mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cost for MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps and sample strata box, reduceing shoket.

Material and labour for development of tube well with air compressor of suitable capacity till sand./md free water of potable quality is obtained and to achive minimum discharging capacity 40 LPM complete all as specified and directed.

Electro logging of bore for precise delineatin of granular zone & also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Electric logging shall be carried out by/through an approved Govt Agency.

Supplying and assembling including jointing, lowering & fixing in position ERW casing pipe fine cut of internal dia 175 mm bore of thickness 5.40 mm confirming to IS 4270-2001 (ISI marked) including jointing of pipe by necessary electric arc welding both sides the pipe shall be duly painted with anti-corrosive paint suitable for drinking water purpose complete all as speicified and as directed.

Yield test for tube well by turbine pump and motor (Diesel engine driven) for minimum discharging capacity of 40 LPM for atleast continious 16 hrs of run continious day complete all as specified and directed. Note:Yield test of bore well shall be carried out in the presence of representative of Accepting Officer

Supply and fixing Sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of suitable size using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in joist channel, angles or tee sections plates fixed inndependently with or without connecting plates etc out to required length and shape including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified (work for lifting of submersible pump set).

Supply and fixing steel/ GI rope flexible 10 mm dia with GI clamps, nuts, bolts, washer etc for fixing of submersible pump set complete all as specified.

Testing of water for hydrological test to detrine aquifier parameters, yield potentiability optimise running time for Govt labaratory to the entire satisfaction of GE.

Supply for lowering of pump set and jointing GS column pipe heavy duty flanged ends 50mm bore rubber gaskets joints with MS nuts, bolts and washers complete for pump set and necessary welding work for flanged and GS pipe complete all as specified

Supply, install and commissioning of 10 HP submersible pump electric driven 415 volts 3 phase suitable for 200 mm dia bore well (casisng pipe size 200/ 250 mm ) complete inclusive of 40 mtr long submersible cable complete all as specified.

Supply and lay 50 mm dia GI Pipe medium class including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Reflex valve with by pass arrangement supplied and installed of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified

Supply and fixing Air release valve with double air outlet 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in 50 mm dia DI pipe line complete

Supply and fix Gun metal globe/ gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 50 mm dia pipe complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs (BGL) and connected to galvanized iron check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 Precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 8mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm ida med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixred with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcol in alternative layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR part I and testing on completion complete.

Supply and fix starter for 10HP submersible pump .

Supply and fixing Submersible cable 3 core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated water proof ISI marked of size 6 sqmm for connecting bore well submerssible pimp stets all as specified and as directed. Make : Finolex, Havells, RR cables

Supply and fixing bail plug of 150 mm internal dia threaded of minimum thickness 6 mm made up of mild steel and continuous welded by electric are welding at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised stell strip or wire armoured electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth getting out in hard/dense soil, for removing/laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed to a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valve flanged of class 1.0 PN 50 MM (2") dia

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be considered for payment..

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat size 250x150 mm

Construction of valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm internal size suitable for sluice valve, with PCC (1:4:8) type (D2) for foundation one brick wall in cement mortar (1:4) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for coping rendering in CM (1: 4) 15 mm thick including provision of mild steel sheet cover 3.15 mm thick on 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame work with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation, earth work and demolishing the damaged valve chamber and removing debris as directed, all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of monoblock pump set complete including cable, earthing etc of capacity 5 HP complete.

Supply and fix DOL starter suitable for monoblock pump sets 5 HP capacity.

Material and labour for CI foot valve flanged type of size 50mm dia complete with bolts/nuts, washers, rubber packing etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 Litres capacity PVC rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part 1 .
