Sl. Item No. 5.01 to 29.0 here-in-after shall constitute for "INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION" Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including provision of 20mm dia rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked and conduit accessories, concealed in stone / brick masonry walls, roofs, floors etc, by means of saddles and clips etc, including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size with GI metal box) with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switches, sockets, regulators etc., including 1.5sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one 6 amps one way modular switch, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate, provision of blank plates as per requirement etc.

NOTE:- (i) Four runs of 10 sq.mm copper conductor, two runs of 10 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same accordingly.

LAN category-6 multi core cable (4-pair unshielded twisted pair cable) with high density polyethylene insulation, paired, fire retardant as IS / IEC 11801, drawn through and including provision of concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia and its accessories and connecting terminal ends from one socket to another, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wire shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciifed and as directed.
