Labour only for taking down street light/security light/garden light/flood light from any position, checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings LED light fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES FOR SCH `A’ ITEM NO 1:- (i) Fixing element of the new replaced part(s) is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for above item and new parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only against respective items of Sch ‘A’. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc and screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item.

Taking down old unserviceable Street Light fittings and Supply fixing 90W LED street light with pressure die cast aluminum housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree of protection, Individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road ,with luminaire efficacy of greater than 85Lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminaire should be 3800Lumens ), color rendering (CRI) of ≥ 75 and co-related colour temperature (CCT ) of 5700K (± 500K) , The luminaire should have 5KV surge protection, PF ≥ 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD ≤ 10% , voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminaire should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The Driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of ≥ 85% The manufacturers LOGO must be Embossed/ Engraved in the housing of the luminaire complete all as specified and directed Make : CG LSTN-90-CDL-A or eqival,Wipro and Philips.

Supply and fix bracket for street light fittings made out GI pipe of light grade 1.5 m long each bent to shape & size required & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32 x 6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable bracket of any shape and size all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of Monkey guard ( which are fixed to protect the Bollard light), , preparing suface for painting, painting of Monkey Guard with black synthetic enameled paint two coat and re-fixing in original position including minor repair to PCC foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rates for Nuts bolts, paint, cement, aggregate and sand have been included in Item rate of this item

Taking down Unserviceable Junction Box of street light for repair/replacement of wiring, connector, thimbles and copper wire 1.5 sqmm three core upto street light. Refixing of Junction Box after repair with new nut/bolts, locking arrangement and clamp with suitable size as directed by Engineer in charge Note :- Rates for minor spare of Juction box nuts/bolts, clamp, locking arrangement and wire have been included in Item rate of this item.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Double wall corrugated High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 40 mm dia laid in trenches for passing of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC cable route indicator in mix of 1:2:4 type B1 of size 450x200x75mm with oval shape and writing the letter HT/LT cable with synthetic enamel paint and embedded with PCC foundation type D2 1:4:8 of size minimum 250 mm depth including necessary earth work complete all as specefied and directed.
