Special Eligibility Criteria

   (I)Firms having infrastructural set up at KGP wagon shop for WWS qty. and at carriage shop for WCS qty. to store/supply of liquid oxygen are only eligible to participate in the tenders. Inter-se-ranking will be done against each consignee. (ii) Firm to enclose current and valid MoU with SER of infrastructural set up of pipeline at Kharagpur wagon shop/carriage shop.

   The Authorized dealer/agent of the approved vendors/OEM must upload tender specific authorization in proper format [preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached], failing by which their offer will be summarily rejected.

If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control, etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.
