REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANKS AND SOAKAGE WELL IN OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (SOUTH) MAMUN

Rectifying complaints of bathroom / kitchen / WHB / urinals / WCs of any pattern by cleaning the blockage upto first manhole and making it fully functional by flushing with sufficient water including disposal of sludge etc away from residential area and burying in borrow pits (Earth work if any and making good to disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item no. 1.00 to 4.00:- (a)Unit rate quoted shall include taking out sludge away from residential area and burying in borrow pits. (b) The payment shall be done by complaint wise. (c) The period of rectifying each complaints shall be maximum 48 hrs and in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period the necessary recovery at the rate of Rs 500/-per day per complaint shall be deducted from next payment due to contractor without any notice. (d) The contractor shall provide minimum 04 cleaning personal/ workmen alongwith necessary tools like sewer jetting machine or hydro jetter, bucket & safety tools to rectify the complaints and the cost thereof shall be deemed included in unit rate.

Rectifying complaints by cleaning the sewage lines of 150mm bore incl cleaning of manhole etc by using cleaning rod or other mechinical means and make it fully functional by flushing with sufficient water including disposal of sludge etc away from residential area and burying in borrow pits including taking off manhole cover carefully and refixing the same after completion of job complete all as specified and directed. (Earth work, if any, and making good to disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in unit rate)

Rectifying complaints by cleaning of sewage lines of 200 mm bore and depth incl cleaning of manhole etc by using cleaning rod or other mechinical mean and make it fully functional by flushing with sufficient water including disposal of sludge etc away from residential area and burying in borrow pits including taking off manhole cover carefully and refixing the same after completion of job complete all as specified and directed. (Earth work, if any, and making good to disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in unit rate)

Opening manhole cover of Septic tank of any description, size and depth and de-sluding the septic tank by mechanical pumping (using truck moulded pump) by plugging inlet as required, removing sludge from MoD premises at his own arrangement and burying it in pit as per direction of Civil Administration, making septic tank fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including carrying the effluent by deplugging the inlet and re-fixing the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from septic tanks in liquid/ semi liquid/ solid state out side defence area and burying in borrow pits as per direction of Civil Administration. Cost of earth work for borrow pits shall also be deemed included in unit rate of the item.

Opening of cover of soakage well/pits of any description, any size and depth and de-watering of soakage well or pit by mechanical pumping (using truck moulded sucker) by plugging inlet as required, removing the sludge outside MD premises at his own arrangement and burried it in pit as per direction of Civil Administration, making soakage well/pit fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge after deplugging the inlet including carrying the effluent and re-fixing the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge from soakage well in liquid/ semi liquid/ solid out side defence area and burying in borrow pits as per direction of Civil Administration. Cost of earth work for borrow pits shall also be deemed included in unit rate of the item.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipes) incl necessary excavation set in cement mortar and taking out off trenches and removing the debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) to drain pipes 160mm bore dia, UPVC including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying UPVC sewage UDS (under drainage system) pipes 160mm bore single socket, wall thickness not less than 4.5mm type SN-4 (IS-15328) type 'A' having nominal ring stiffness should be 2KN/Sqm with one coller per length of pipe with all fittings and connecting to existing manholes by cutting out and making the surface good, and making good the existing surfaces. The UDS pipe should meet the requirements as per IS 15328:2003 complete all as specified and directed.
