Comprehensive maintenance of 544 Kg capacity 8 passenger lift 01 Nos of Make : M/S Kone Elevator (India) Ltd Serving for ground plus three floors examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairs as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Machine No. of lift : 44190002 Location : 6 Air Force Hospital . Note 1 : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all spares except specifically catered separately in BOQ items herein- under for the smooth and defect free,satisfactory functioning of lift. Note 2 : Annual maintenance contract of the lift shall be carried out directly by the manufacturer or through the approved working party of the manufacture i.e. Kone Elevators (India) Ltd only (as per MOU) and maintenance to be carried out as per Kone manufacture schedule .

Supply and replace ARD batteries 12 AH 12 Volts suitable for existing lift controller hosing box Make: Exide, Amron, Power Zone, TATA SF

Supply only and fix sensor magnet 100 V DC 150VAC D12 MM for lifts door landing postion indicators

Labour for made provision of security CCTV camara installed in lift car assembly and assist to fixing the camara cable in lift trailling cable houseing upto G+4 floor without damage the existing lift accessaries all as directed (Note : The cable and camaras are provided by the user section)

Supply and fix plain brass gas burner control valves two way of size 25 to 30 mm suitable for existing MS LPG gas pipe line including taking down old valves all as directed

Supply and fix vertical mount torch type heavey duty burner plain brass mm suitable for existing MS LPG gas pipe line and cleaning of burner/stove area including taking down old valves all as directed

Supply and fix PVC 10 mm thick floor mat for lift car

S&F auto rescue device programing battery charging card with PCB and accessaries converter/inverter double mask heavy duty complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable battery charging card all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix micro controller based UPS with of capacity 1KVA double boost automatic volatge regulation with overload protection for emergency lift lights and fan with minimum 30 min backup all as directed

Material and labour for serving the exhaust/inlet air supply blower motor 5 HP capacity with greasing of bearings and couplers and checking of all electrical connections all as directed

Supply and fix lift well LED light 10 watts suitable for existing lift well with electronic driver unit complete including taking down unserviceable light all as specified and directed. Make: Havells, Bajaj, Philips, Wipro, Crompton
