Supply, erection testing and commissioning complete of manufacture of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) diesel Engine Driven generating set capable of delivering 75 KVA, with individual 03 cylinder, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacture, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet outlet return inlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bhopal (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease for movement and 0.5 M height) anti vibration pads including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following:-

ENGINE (PRIME MOVER):- Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, 4 cylinders, four stroke, conforming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 water cooled naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 75 KVA outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bhopal. (Taking all derating factor into consideration). including battery 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel, all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tacho meter , lub oil, temperature , pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shutdown) . High water temperature low lub oil, oil pressure over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc.

ALTERNATOR- Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 75 KVA. Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” salient pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

BASE PLATE :- Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design/ specifications.

ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, labelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002.

FOUNDATON/PLINTH/BASE:- Shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5 M space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M.

Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 8 hours operation of Gen Set.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground any soil (hard/ soft) (earth pit not less level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth earth strip of 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 5 SSR including earth pit in any soil char coal common salt , 15 mm all around earth plate PCC (1:3:6) type culprit, with 40 x40x6 mm angle iron frame and PCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 , water pipe funnel and GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia upto panel connecting earth lead to panel all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode will be included in unit rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc including getting out Hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Rocks) exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed.

M and L sand cushioning to PVC/XLPE cables with river sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured

Sub class 'B' old size well burnt brick laid flate in trenches as protection to LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cable in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed nominal cross sectinal area 50 Sqmm,3.5 core, all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay for tubes 'light grade ' with all fittings laid in trenches/on ground complete of dia 15 mm.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Hard rock.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete).

Formwork for Rough finished surfaces of concrete, to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter.

Formwork for Rough finished surfaces of concrete, to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings,girders, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports,overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Formwork for Rough finished surfaces of concrete, to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Ditto, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, footing, plinth beams, bases for columns and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in lintels over 1.5m clear span, beams and cantilevers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in columns, pillars, posts & struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1 : 4) mixed with water proofing coumpound @ 3% by the weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Water proofing coumpound will be measured saperately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

M & L for Dholpur stone louvres and jallies, 25mm thick including all mouldings set in CM 1:4.

M & L for Dholpur stone Post, 60 cm height, 75mX75mm size including all mouldings set in CM 1:4.

M & L for Dholpur stone Post, 70 cm height, 100mX100mm size with decorative type top, including all mouldings set in CM 1:4.

M & L for 20mm thick Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust.

M&L for prepararing newly plastered surfaces of wall, pilasters, comices etc and applying two coat of water based exterior emulsion over and including a coat of primer over a coat of birla white putty as Approved by GE complete all as specified & as directed.
