Supplying, providing & laying RR masonry foundation/wall/retaining wall, etc. in cement mortar 1:6 for construction of wall using hard blue granite stone, etc. complete from 1m below ground level to 3m height above ground level with neat finishing including proper pointing & necessary scaffolding work etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying solid block brick masonry in CM 1:6 using cement concrete solid blocks of minimum size 400*200*150mm for superstructure walls upto 4.5m height from ground level including mixing and conveyance charges and all scaffolding, staging, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying brick masonry in CM 1:6 using well burnt country brick of minimum size 22.9x11.2x7cm for superstructure walls from 4.5m to 9.0m height and above including all scaffolding, staging, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 mix for foundation/ flooring work using 40mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying, compaction, consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for foundation/ flooring work/kerb wall drainage wall using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:4 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc. for floors & walls upto 8m height and above with neat finishing and necessary grouting, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor upto 8m height from ground level with neat finishing and necessary grouting including all scaffolding, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing twisted reinforcement IS 1786 HYSD bars Fe500D/ Fe550D (TMT bars - TATA/ Agni/ JSW) including fabrication, cutting, bending, cold tying, with overlapping to the standard length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including binding, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete for all RCC works as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for RCC works using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly with specified reinforcement (rate excluding the cost of reinforcement) and all mixing, laying, compaction, leveling, consolidation and curing, etc., including the cost of centering/ shuttering work, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying with 10mm thick vitrified-Marbonite double charge/matte finish tiles of size 1200mmx 600mm Kajaria/ Somania /Qutone brand with Cement Mortar 1:2 and pointing, (apply spacer joint, epoxy joint-wherever required) including finishing the joint and pointing flush with the surface, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and finishing the floor with 10mm thick Anti-skid ceramic tiles (Somania/ Kajaria/ Qutone make) of size 300mm x 300mm of approved quality and shade in CM 1:3 – 15mm thick and pointing the tiles with matching colour cement, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying with 10mm thick vitrified – full body tiles of size 600mmx 600mm (Kajaria/ Somania /Qutone brand) with Cement Mortar 1:2 and pointing, (apply spacer joint, epoxy joint-wherever required) including finishing the joint and pointing flush with the surface, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, laying, dadoing the walls with 10-15mm thick ceramic wall tiles (Somania/ Kajaria/ Qutone make) of size 450mm x 300mm of approved quality and shade fixing with CM 1:2 – 15mm thick, etc. including neat cleaning, grouting and finishing with shaded colour joint filler etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, laying, dadoing the floors with 10-15mm thick teracotta pattern floor tiles (matte finish) (Somania/Kajaria/Qutone) makeof size 300mm x 300mm of approved quality and shade fixing with CM 1:2 – 10mm thick, etc. including neat cleaning, grouting and edge finishing with shaded colour joint filler etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15-18 mm thick jet black/ coffee brown/tan brown granite slab for wash basin/ kitchen/ store room/class room bench area including grinding & finishing the ends with half round and closing the joints with matching colour cement and polishing the slab to smooth finish, etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removal of R.R. masonry/brick masonry/plain cement concrete work, etc. upto 5m height and dumping the debris within a lead of 500m etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removal of RCC foundation/ column/ slab/beam, etc. in all heights upto 8m from floor level including all necessary scaffolding and dumping the debris within a lead of 500m, and returning the MS rod to store, etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 14 SWG, 2 strands GI barbed wire horizontally 5 rows and vertically @ 1.0m centre to centre, each on the erected Casuarina tree poles / RCC post and tying with GI wire with the poles for each horizontal rows and vertical row tying with each horizontal rows, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Rate including the cost of all materials, labour, etc. but excluding the cost of Casuarina pole).

Supply of paints and painting two coat with 1st quality enamel/touch wood paint of approved shade (Berger/Asian/Nippon) matching to the existing for all doors, windows, false ceiling, etc. including thorough cleaning and removal of dirt and applying wood sealer/primer and putty wherever required including necessary scaffolding arrangements, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with emulsion paint (Asian/Berger/Nippon) 1st quality of approved shade for the external/internal masonry surface upto 10m height from ground level, including thorough scrapping, cleaning, removal of dirt, all tools & tackles, sandpaper and scaffolding arrangements, etc. and applying wall primer & putty touch-up works wherever required etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of Mason for miscellaneous work such as repairing the existing damaged sunshade, beams, columns, masonry works including providing scaffolding works, roof leak arresting works, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of Carpenter for miscellaneous work such as repairing furniture, door and windows, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of Painter for miscellaneous work such as painting work in the existing furniture/kerb walls/walls/gates including scrapping & cleaning the surface, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required painting materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of Artist for artistic work in the furniture/gates/name board/building wall, etc. including scrapping & cleaning the surface and marking, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required painting materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of Plumber for miscellaneous work such as repairing the pipe line, plumbing work, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required plumbing materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of labour (Mazdoor) for miscellaneous work such as assisting the mason for repairing the existing damaged sunshade, beams, columns, masonry works including providing scaffolding work, roof leak arresting works, etc. and removal of branches of trees and providing temporary fencing, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).
