Day to day complaints of street lights of various type for working height varies from 9m to 15m in the juridiction of AGE E/M, GE (S) Patiala within 8 km radious incl removing carbon from LED light connection by deploying dedicated team having the experience in the same field. Contractor has to provide all required Tool and plants for street light fault rectification. Contractor will make record of all given complaints and rectified complaints updated on daily basis. Street light complaints should be rectified within 24 hrs after intimation via any communication mode. If the comaplint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint. Note :- (i) Necessary suitable vehicle shall be contractors own arrangement for carrying man power, tools and store. (ii) One repair/replacement of street light shall be counted as one job. M&L Dismantling the alternator of DG set of capacity 160 KVA from its base by using chain and pulley after removing the coupling with the engine, removing all nut, bolt with washer and all electrical connections of the alternator, shifting the alternator to work shop by crane and vehicle, opening into parts, checking all winding like main stator/rotor winding, exciter stator/rotor winding. Rewinding the main rotor and exciter rotor by using the "F" class insulation and existing gauge and type of magnet wire that was on the original motor, varnishing, heating, drying, greasing the bearings including replacement of unserviceable bearings, Re-fixing the complete including connection to the terminal box of the alternator at work shop and shifting the same to the site, Fixing the alternator to its base carefully by using chain and pulley, connecting it with existing engine including checking the alignment of alternator with the engine, connecting all electrical connections of the alternator and testing the DG set on "OFF/FULL LOAD", matching to the existing range of RPM of the engine, out put voltage 415 volt and testing all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down self starter assembly of DG set of capacity 62.5 /160 KVA, 12 volt / 24 Volts from the existing position, opening in to parts, sort out the unserviceable items like carbon brush, pinion etc. and replace the same with new one including rewinding of field coils, re-assembling and re-fixing the same in its original position including to and fro conveyance charges to work shop and testing and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fuel injection pump (FIP) of DG set carefully from 62.5 to 160 KVA, opening in to parts, for maintenance, servicing, tuning by overhauling and calibration up to 6 cylinders, adjustment of nozzle pressure and other controls, replacement of unserviceable spares, re-fixing the FIP on its original position including to and fro charges to thr work shop and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacing AVRs unit of alternator of DG Set 62.5 to 160 KVA capacity as per existing type and model and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and erecting in replacement LT PCC pole 9 Mts long cross sectional area 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102x279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of relevent IS and painting the pole upto 5 feet from ground level with black and yellow alternate strip of 30 CM each with synthetic enamel paint incl removing of broken pole debris complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) After commissioning of new pole contractor would liable to connect all the ACSR conductors to the new pole including insulators and cross arms etc inclusive in this unit rate. (ii) Excavation ,PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 109 as above but exceeding more than 1.5 m in depth.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M &l for PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4.0 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Pipes and bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 116 here-in before but for cable of size 4 core 16 sqmm.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Consolidated/punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment.(ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

M & L for B bricks of old size laid dry in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

REPAIR TO GEYSER WORKS Attending of day to day complaints of geysers by draning out the water and taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts geyser 50/35/25 Ltr capacity and opening the same for taking out internal tank, syphon assembley etc including replacement of defective unserviceable parts, reassembling and refixing after repair all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: i) Spares shall me measured and paid sepratley under respective items of Sch. ii) Penal charges of Rs 250 per day per complaint shall be imposed on contractor for not attending the complaint within 24 hrs. (iii) One Electrician and One helper will attend the complaints ( One Electrician and Two helder payment will be deemed in item rate only )

Supply only heating unit (element) 240 volt AC ISI marked of 1500 watts Circular/triangular shape rating as required at site including rubber washers complete, all as specified and as directed.

Note: The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand the requisite pressure. Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor .

Supply and replacement internal steel tank of geyser 50 ltr capacity complete with syphon –assembly, 2.0 kw element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch , complete all as specified and directed. Note: The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure . Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor .

Supply and replacement of syphon assembly made out of brass of 50 ltr capacity including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 129 above but for 25 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement outer body suitable for 50 ltr geyser made out of MS sheet factory made complete with fixing bracket matching with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / scrapping of old paint/dust and painting of geysers of 25/35/50 litres capacity at site/ stores with two coat of super enameled painting by spray, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel galvanised iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lenghts, with and including all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbow, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc, fixed to wall or ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plug top 15 Amp three pin for geysers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for point wiring with 2.50 sqmm in copper conductor cable ( multistrand) FRLS single core PVC insulated cable in and including PVC conduit ( ISI Marked) with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches /sockets/ fan regulators etc and continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost. ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth.

REPAIR TO SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM Attending of day to day Solar Water Heating System complaints taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing and testing of Solar Water Heating System including replacement of unserviceable parts wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient functioning of Solar Water heating System. The cost of material will be measured and paid seperately for replalacement of parts complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Schedule of repair to Solar Water heating System is catered for attending day to day complaints of different items within the prescribed time schedule as decided by the EIC on complaint slip, failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint. Note: All repair to Solar water heating system shall be carried out from an authorized person of the manufacturer of the system and proof there of shall be produced to the GE before undertaking repairs. Contractor is advised to visit the site to ascertain the model and manufacturer of system before quoting his rates.

Supply and replacement solar flat plate collector having collection area not less than 2.0 sqm made out of aluminium frame and toughened glass suitable for solar panel system complete all as specified and directed.(As per sample )

Supply & fix in repairs Heating element, 3 KW, ISI marked, copper sheathed, nickel plated suitable for any type, make, size of solar water geysers, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing MS framed supports to SS water tank of solar heating system of capacity 100/200/300 LPD by welding , provinding necessary MS pieces to strenghthing the frame, complete all as specified and directed.

De scaling of solar water heater complete of 100/200/300/500 LPD capacity with 02 Nos solar panel using suitable chemical including unsv nut bolts washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surface of steel of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with S/S inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all connecting accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, PVC/CP connection pipe of superior qualitysuitable for hot & Cold water including hanging/fixing the same on wall with suitable size anchor bolt and making good the disturbed surface including plaster work shall be part of job at no extra cost all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
