Repairs to the 100 KVA HT/LT transformer by way of:- (a)Disconnecting the transformer from HT/LT circuit. (b)Un-mounting the various connections from its platform and loading, it in a private load carrier for shifting to workshop. (c)Dismantling of the transformer involves removing of top cover and lifting of the core, checking HT/LT coils, Core thoroughly after draining of the transformer oil by suitable means. (e)Extracting the silicon core, so as to have access for removal of the damaged HT/LT Coils. Dismantling the core strips, cleaning and heating the core strips etc through suitable means to remove moisture completely. (f)Fabrication, providing, winding and fitting of new HT coils of three legs with suitable gauge and size conductor and re-assembling the transformer and re-conditioning of three No. LT Coils and then reassembling the transformer. The Bakelite pieces, lamination paper, lath ride paper cork sheet gaskets and other sundry items required during reassembling to be provided and fitted by the contracting agency. (g)Filtering the transformer oil to remove moisture, impurities completely from oil and then back filling it into the transformer. (h)Providing / filling of transformer oil of required viscosity and dielectric strength 50 lts by suitable means as topping. (i)Drying out of the transformer core-winding assembly in oven for moisture removal and complete bonding between winding and insulation till peak value of insulation resistance is achieved. (j)Open circuit, short circuit and step up testing of assembled transformer. (k)Loading of transformer into a private load carrier by suitable means shifting it back to the site and installing the same. (l)Reconnecting the transformer in the circuit and then testing it on no load and full load. Old scrap shall be retained by the contracting agency. All Tools, tackles and labours (skilled/unskilled) required for the job are to be arranged and brought to site by the contracting agency.

P/F of 100 Amp copper Thimble = (06 No’s) The job includes crimping of thimbles with crimping tool.

P/F of 0-100 Amp. Volt meter = (02 No’s) Make =AE/L&T

P/F of contact point set (Cu) for 50KVA, 3 phase oil cooled voltage stabilizer

P/F of 65mm, 80mm rubber gaskets (02 dozen each) for initial restoration of site.

P / F assorted size of nuts and bolts for column pipes.

P/F of Braces and Crosses (4No. each) for restoration of HT line. The job also includes p/f of pin insulators (12 No.).

Dismantling the damaged link set at site and then Providing/fitting of 11KV link set heavy duty-(01set) Consisting of three links each comprising of 12” knife having eye hole at top for connecting/disconnecting the feeder/phase lines. Mounted suitably on channel of suitable size, insulators, Grip etc. The job includes providing/fitting of screwed fasteners, washers of suitable size.
