Note : Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc alongwith sufficient labours to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Any dispute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.
