Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to work at height of approx. 6 mtrs above the ground level and to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines,

Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by closing the incoming and outgoing gate also complete isolation of water entering in area necessary items such as gunny bags etc. of each bar screen during operation one by one.

Dewatering of channel one by one for creating proper working space by using of pump set with complete arrangement as per site requirement.

Dismantling the old damaged / rusted MS structure of the existing screen completely and making suitable space for the installation of new screens in the chambers as per site requirement.

Hiring of Super-Sucker and jetting machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth up to 10 Mt. i/c 20 HP submersible pump set with electric panel board, 62.5 KVA Diesel generator set and suction hose pipes all fittings i/c cost of manpower (1 No. qualified Engineer 2 Nos. drivers, 4 Nos. S.G. beldars, 2 Nos operator) and cost of Diesel, lubricants insurance safety equipment Mobilization charges etc. all complete as per satisfaction of engineer-in charge for 8 hrs shift per day & Night

Making a temporary working platform for working inside the deep wet chambers and above the chambers at the height of approx. 6 mtrs.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of E.O.T. Crane hoist of 3-ton capacity, ±415v AC electric motor, flanged modulate TEFC type, rope of 10 mm thick or as per manufacturer standard as per site requirement. Make – Globe/Indef/WH/Reva/DJB Approved MAke.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ‘C’ channel guider in vertical Position of 45-55 feet Long / as per site requirement of size 200mm x 100mm on both side walls in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate, grouting the channel, proper Strengthening by providing the side support and jointing it with the existing screen in the same channel.

Supply & fixing I section of size 200mm x 100mm up to suitable height approx. 5 to 6 mtrs. for the support of bar screen and fixing the I section beam on foundation and tightening all nut bolts as per site requirement and providing fixing I section beam in horizontal position to hang 3-ton capacity EOT crane.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) L shape Bar screen of size approx. 3M(L) x 2m(W) x .5m at bottom to make L shape made by S.S. 304 angle 100X50X6mm for frame and flat 50X8 mm inner portion welded one by one on 40mm gap in each flat, making the clamping system at upper side of screen for fixing the hook of EOT crane by heavy duty SS material, SS plate, SS pin shaft with nut etc. as per job requirement including welding, grinding, buffing and making and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing with necessary arrangement as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top level of water flow so that the water could not pass by upper of bar screen. The size of sheet will be approx. 8m x 2m x 5mm and side supported along with S S jaali connect with top level MS sheet of suitable size of 5 mm thickness duly welded with supporting angle of size 65x65x6 fabricated and making proper strengthening for bearable of water flow pressure as per site requirement.

Providing & fixing of distribution standing floor mounted panel with steel frame 5mm galvanized sheet steel CRCA panel base frame 5mm MS channel 400mm height painted in black, cable entry bottom only, canopy on top with minimum 10 deg. C slope extended 50 mm outside panel front and rear door type central opening double leaf with insulating rubber grip handle,1 no. incomer 100 Amp. TPN MCCB and outgoing feeder 4 x 32 Amp. TPN with over voltage protection relay Ammeter / Voltmeter of suitable size, indicating LED, supply & laying 4 x 6 sq. mm aluminium armoured cable 30 meter each, their connection at both ends and with LT panel along accessories like thimble, PVC tape tools and tackles etc.

Lifting and proper fixing charges of manual SS existing bar screens in the wet chambers. Providing fixing MS Sheets to prevent the flow from the sides of the screens with the help of tools and tackles fixing accessories.

Making Maintenance working platform connected with old lifting screens by providing fixing MS channels and MS Sheets 8mm thick as per site requirement.

Painting and primer charges of newly making complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour.

Testing & commissioning of complete system includes the transport charges of tools & tackles to & fro
