The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.

Bidders are required to quote strictly as per the item Description, Technical Specifications, Drawings or Annexures provided. The Make/Brand of the quoted items must be clearly specified.

INSPECTION BY THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY AT FIRM'S PREMISES.

Warranty: The material shall be under warranty as per Standard IRS Warranty clause for its satisfactory performance and trouble-free operation. The supplier or his agent should attend the on-site repairing of any faulty unit within 48 hours of telephonic intimation and repair/replace the defective equipment which has failed or is proving unsatisfactory in service due to defective design, material or workmanship within the Warranty Period at his own expenses at user premises.

MTC and load test certificate are to be provided from Govt. authorized laboratory at the time of delivery. All hydraulic jacks are to be tested under minimum 20% overload capacity.

Bidders must provide detailed technical specifications for their offered machine. they must provide specific values and data for each parameter mentioned in the annexure. Failure which, offer being not consider.

Only OEM or Authorized Dealer of OEM are eligible to participate the tender. OEM or OEM authorization certificate must be uploaded during submission of bid. Tenderers who are OEM, must give undertaking for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of the machine/equipment. Other tendered must submit undertaking from OEM for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of machine/equipment.

The tenderer shall, in their offer, submit performance certificate of 10 nos. of same/similar jacks with capacities mentioned, supplied in the last three years and the item covered by these certificates must have worked satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original date of closing of tender otherwise offer likely to be ignore.
