Demolishing Cement Concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50m lead.

Demolishing BRICK / CC BLOCK WORK in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including dismantling cement mortar and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors / roofs / dado laid in cement, including demolishing the cement mortar, including stacking material within 50m lead. for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Water proof cement plastering of thickness as specified below in cement mortar 1:3 (cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 1542) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, mixed with approved water proofing compound such as CICO or ACCOPROOF or equivalent as per manufacturers specifications including scaffolding, curing, etc.; complete for EXTERNAL SURFACES all as per specifications for HEIGHTS UP TO 10M ABOVE GROUND LEVEL 20mm thick (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 1542) complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Water proofing treatment with Zycosil/equivalent water proofing Solution (1 litre of Zycosil/equivalent & 20 litres of water stirred first & 2 litres of Zycoprime/equivalent added and stirred (total 23 litres)) till it meets the saturation level and testing as per RILEM or by water drops test in which water drops do not absorb but drops remain or rolls.complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and twocoats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Drainage cell for terrace garden area, which are high strength modular drainage cell, manufactures from high strength polypropylene, having height of 20mm and 30mm and are easy to install with inter locking them horizontally and vertically.. Complte all as per manufactures specification and as directed by EIC etc complete.

Supplying and Covering top of cell/membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation to site of work as per detailed specification all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by20% for payment). complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm. vcomplete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in Terrace garden in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately). complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Colour Anodised Aluminium (Matt finish) frame work (horizontal and verticals) for partitions Doors / Windows with required sections of JINDAL / INDAL make or equivalent including all items and contingencies as per Specification and as directed by EIC.(Aluminium beadings and glazing clips measured under this item only).

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Cladding of 4mm thick for the exterior work of approved Make, colour and shade with necessary hardware, fixtures etc. as per direction of officer in charge
