Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a sqm 11.00 depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2)(a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by deptt.) (a) From private land

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityGrading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Low porosity) (Provided only on WBM surface)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for GradingII(10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications (80% length of the Road is considered)

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.
