Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (POP,fiber, gypsum, pulp, insulation, aluminium etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/ snap grid etc complete all as specified

M&L for Providing PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mm x 600mm, 5mm (±0.25) thick Plain embossed PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg /Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using powder coated aluminum T- section of sizes 1” x1” ( 25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick ) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2’x2’( 600x600mm ). The aluminum framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 6mm M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminum framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminum L-section of size 1”x1” ( 25x25mm ) angles etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing shown in SSR Part II. Note : Quoted rate includes PVC false ceiling and aluminium snap grid complete.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm with (Semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular micro tegular false ceiling tiles of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications , drawing shown in SSR Part II and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining Single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet consisting of 5 mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note: Rates of 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling are included in quoted rate.

M&L for Hollow PVC Wall Lining/louvers Single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet consisting of 5 mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note: Rates of 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling are included in quoted rate.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 sqm each.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Note-i) Glass Panes/wire mesh shall be Measured and paid separetely. ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading,glazing clips, screw etc as required but shall not be measured for arriving weight. iii)The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the locking arrangment , rollers,packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium work with matching existing area.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge Note- i)Glass Panes/Wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading glazing clpis, screws etc as require but shall not be measured for arriving weight. S & F in repair for sheet glass of 5.5 mm thick selected quality and glazing with necessory arrangment in square and exceding 0.5 Sqm in each pane.
