Supply of Spares, Dismantling, Repair, Refurbishment, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Performance Guarantee Testing, Air Load Testing of Existing Thermax Make Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) of 110 TPH Boiler on Turnkey Basis at HBL Integrated Sugar Plant, Lauriya, West Champaran, Bihar The contractor shall execute all associated mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, deploy all required manpower, supervision, tools & tackles, cranes, Hydra, scaffolding, testing instruments, consumables, and safety equipment, and ensure successful restoration of the ESP in accordance with OEM recommendations, applicable IS/IEC standards, and statutory requirements. The contractor shall also submit a detailed health assessment report, carry out stack emission monitoring through an NABL-accredited laboratory, and ensure that the rehabilitated ESP achieves the prescribed emission norms of the CPCB/BSPCB to the satisfaction of the Location-in-Charge.
