M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/footh path finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster on stone masonry or other than faces of brick wall in CM 1:3 finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on old decorated surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distempering walls with distemper oil emulsion and applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness over old plastered wall surfaces including prepartion of surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing the plaster surface using one coat of surafce binder of approved make (like Duralex) to strengthen the surface, applying three coats of water based squash court paint WB 147 colour white or as approved over surface on walls of squash court over a coat of primer using roller or airless spray, paint should be tough, durable and scuff resistant. Recoating time between two coats shall be between 4 to 6 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L squash court red line marking paint of any approved make RAL3020 or BS04E53 red or WB147 red complete all as specified and directed.

M&L squash court hard wooden flooring with glossy/polished finish EN 14904 standard having surface board made of kiln seasoned treated maple wood/teak wood with min 21mm thick with bottom surface treated with anti termite and water resistant chemical, 55 to 90mm width and groove shape over 70mm x 45mm thick pine wood runner and 19mm EPDM rubber pad including ATT treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 :2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Company Depot Tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over old surfaces of wall complete including preparation of surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised door shutters, (powder coating of any colour and thickness not less than 50 micron) aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions/panels automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required including hinges, handles, door closure, necessary fixtures and fittings and all materials required for erecting the glass walls complete all as spfd and directed

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality pin headed/plain to aluminium frame of partition etc. fixed with rubber gasket & aluminium powder coated snap beading etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparing the surface of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removal of loose material etc and sweeping with brooms, gunny bags and finally remove dust by compressed air by compressor complete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement slurry per sq.m mixed with liquid water proofing compound on surfaces of roof and plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.40 liters per sqm conforming IS-3384 and laid a layer of APP polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gm/sqm) by toarch application method complete all as per manufacturer instructions and sealing all the over lap shall be minimum 75mm in length side and 100mm on with side. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregates) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminum / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, tube light fitting, fan regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down un-serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc, and removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down un-serviceable sub main wiring of any type and any size from wall, ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated FRLS and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC rigid Concealed conduit not less than 1.8 mm thick (ISI marked) with all accessories including bends, cross, elbows tees etc of suitable size including concealed MS pressed steel (Modular sunken box) terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and Modular cover plate as top cover (ISI marked) including 1.5 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common arth dolly , complete all as specifid and directed for the following :- Note- (a) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS specification. (b) Point wiring considered for Modular switches and sockets, rate of metallic sunken box and modular sheet cover plate and other connected accessories (of any size 1 to 12 way as per site requirement) required for modular point wiring included in quoted rate. (c) Rate of modular switch and sockets will be paid seperately under relevant item.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the strating point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand free from sharp particles, gently punning around the cables complete.

Brick, old size sub class 'B' laid in trenches with width wise along the alignment of the cable as protection complete.

S&F tube light grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 40 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
