Material and labour for taking out the damaged insulation portion of existing refrigerant line/chilled water pipe line of sizes and cleaning the pipe and insulation with thermocole pipe section TF quality wrapped around pipe and fixing with GI wire mesh, plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick finished smooth and duly painted with two coats of cement based paint of existing colour and site clearance of old debris all as specified and directed

M&L for painting the interior and exterior parts of cooling towers with epoxy seal paint as per the manufactures specifications including preparing the surfaces of cooling towers after removing all the PVC fill , nozzles, ID fan and cleaning the water collecting tray for algae free surfaces using necessary detergent chemicals complete sealing the leakage on the body if any while apply the epoxy sealing paint complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable fan blade assembly with hub from cooling tower and supply and fix new fan blade assembly with hub including clamp and fixing arrangement suitable for 20 to 48 TR capacity of exisiting make cooling tower complete all as specified and directed.
