Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gms/ litre of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour on wall surface including applying 2 or more coats ofwhite cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer of average thickness of 1 mm over plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

New work (Two or more coats)

Painting with 1 coat of Asian Paints Smartcare Primero (Alkali Resistant Primer) or equivalent followed by creation of the specified pattern using 1 coat of Asian Paints Apex Duracast Crosstex or equivalent and final 2 coats of Asian Paints Protex Duralife or equivalent by brush / spray / roller to acheve even shade of colour including preparation and cleaning of surface.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means includingstacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size etc as required.

2 core x 16 sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Supplying and laying following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

38 mm dia (OD-38 mm & ID-32 mm nominal)

Supplying and Fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar. Earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

8 way, Double door

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole,(three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and ommissioning etc. as required.

40 amps (30 mA sensitivity)

Supplying and fixing 25 amps rating 415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Four pole (10 kA breaking capacity)

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole(three phase and neutral) 415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

25 A (10 kA breaking capacity)

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
