Cleaning of RCC Overhead reservoir of capacity 2.5 Lakh gallon and at approx 18 mtr to 21.35 mtr staging by scrapping the bottom surface & side walls by brooming with hard wire brush, removal of sludge/mud/silt and other foreign materials from the bottom with the help of buckets & rope manually, brought down to the ground level, preliminary washing properly, thereafter washing with concentrated bleaching powder solution (10 :1) of water and bleaching powder respectively and disposal of collected sludge/ mud material to a distance exc. 50 m but not exceeding 100 m from the site including applying a coat of cement base primer and making water supply system functional. Date of cleaning shall be written with white paint on the black strip approx size 30"x24" all as specified and directed

All as per item No 1 here in before but RCC Overhead reservoir of capacity 0.75 to 1.0 Lakh gallon complete all as specified and directed.

Date of cleaning shall be written with white paint on the black strip approx size 30" x24" complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here in before but capacity of under ground sump 3/3.5 Lakh gallon complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/cleaning of mud & sludge upto the bottom of raw water receiving basin of size 11.75 x 7.70 x 3.75 m deep including cleaning of weeds, bushes and vegetation etc inside the tank and upto 3 m distance in surrounding area of raw water basin and disposal of the removed silt/spoil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 6 here in before but upto bottom of sludge tank of size 12 m dia x 2.75 m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of mud and sludge from the jack wells including cleaning of internal side of jack well / fluculator with proper cleaning material complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb, mud stops bands, copings, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work for pipe support, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Site clearance and surface dressing by cutting and removing of elephant/wild grass (sarkanda) from all around the periphery of raw water reservior and removing from site to a distance not exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Painting of the steel sign boards & walls of E/M installations (of different sizes) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and wtitting letters or figures with synthetic enamel paint (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed

Supply only flexible type coupling containing tread inside, of size TC-15 complete all as specified and directed

Supply only flexible type coupling containing tread inside, of size TC-17/TC-19 complete all as specified and directed

Chemical examination of raw water of the plant at water point No 1 & 2 from authorised laboratory complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Report to be submitted in triplicate.

Bacteriological examination of clear water of the plant at water point No 1 & 2 from authorised laboratory complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Report to be submitted in triplicate.

Supply only pig lead in slab form suitable for jointing different sizes of pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement foot valve (Flanged) 300mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including jointing with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement foot valve (Flanged) 200mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including jointing with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement foot valve (Flanged) 150mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including jointing with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepration of old metallic , treated irregular and curved surfaces of pipes , valves, motor, pumps , electric panels , steel railing , agitators of flocculators including removing existing treatment by scrapping, burning and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing , repair maintenance, oiling, greasing of bleaching dozing mixing apparatus comprising of TFC motor, reduction gears, verticle agitating padels & maintenance, repairing , descalling, scrapping, cleaning of bleaching mixing tank including painting of metallic / steel parts of complete machinary with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of primer and making system serviceable in all respect complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing and repair of flash mixture comprising of TFC motor,reduction gear padels etc. and making servicable in all respect complete all as specified and directed

Supply only manila rope (Rassa) of different sizes suitable for water supply works complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required size of rope will be provided by contractor during execution of work.

Supply only mild steel clamps of different size (from 50 mm to 300mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required size of clamp will be provided by contractor during execution of work.

Supply only vinegar suitable for spraying on grass at water supply installations complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling existing mild steel sheet cover of any thickness from existing valve pit and providing new cover of 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet with locking arrangement, butt hinges, handles and other connected items duly fixed to existing angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed

M&L for desilting of clay and mud deposited at the bottom of raw water storage sedimentation tank of size 119 x 48 x 4.6 m deep including removing of weeds, bushes and vegetation etc inside the tank and upto 5 m distance in surronding area of storage tank and disposal of the removed silt / spoil depositing to a distane not exc 50 m where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Dewatering of tank shall be carried out through gravity/ pumping by the contractor at his own arrangement alongwith silt by means of pumping or any other approved means without damanging the surface, floor, walls of storage tank, the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of the item

Supply and fixing Submersible flat copper conductor cable of size 50 sqmm x 3 Core suitable for 75/100 HP motor complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing nut and bolts of different sizes including washers to be used for water supply machinary complete all as specified and directed.
