Supplying, laying or fixing in replacement, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size 150mm dia bore confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing and taking up / down existing unserviceable GI tubing with fittings / connections, carefully from trenches / ceiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in cement concrete, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30(design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (design mix) in walls ( provision for drain pipe & outlet pipe) walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (Internal) with brick masonary 230 mm thick in CM 1:6, PCC (1:4:8) type, D-2 foundation 75 mm thick, finished fair and even, PCC (1:2:4) type, B1 coping 150 mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external), mild steel cover of 3.15 mm thick inclduding mild steel angle iron 40x40x6 mm size fram fixed to PCC coping with the same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangements, metal surfaces duly painted with black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/concrete surfaces with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II having inner dia 50 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

S & F Submersible Pumping Sets, 7.5 HP , including suitable startor and pump foundation with PCC , electrical driven, Three Ph, pump Energy Efficient Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage Motors (IE2) , 2840 rpm (Enclosure confirming to protection IP55 as per IS:4691-1968) Horizontal Foot Mounted Induction Motors, Continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+/-10%, 50 Hz+/5%, A.C. supply with class 'F' insulation for 50 Deg C ambient temperature and altitiude less than 1000M above MSL, Head Range - 24-39 mtr discharge - 455-200 (LPM) and confirming to IS 325:1996 & IS 12615:2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PVC sheathed submersible copper cable of size 3core x 4 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

Design, fabrication, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT Cubical panel board of suitable size, 3 Phase 4 wire system outdoor type 3.15 mm ,double door front and back openeing type separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core in and out(Panel board shall have sufficient space to accommodate spare cables also) , incoming and outgoing feeders duly marked on revited plates etc, CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15mm thik CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 times pre treatment process and painted with epoxy power coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structral RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs, Panel mounted on angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm thick duly painted and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, including taking down old u/s one complete and consisting the following provisions:-

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including Galvanised earth wire of size 4mm by mean of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of char-coal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2020 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost
