Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, Chajjas etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 100m and depositing at a level n.exc above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete/ solid block wall masonry, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall plastered including cornices and pillasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) At some places, concertina coil is fixed at the face of compound wall. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for the obstacles/ hindrance caused due to concertina coil. (ii) During the painting period the concertina coil fixed at the face of compound wall shall not be dislodge/ dislocated/ disturbed. Any damaged occures shall be made good to match the existing without any extra cost. (iii) Prior intimation to the Engr-in-Charge shall be given in well advance while painting to avoid security/ safety hazards.

M&L for writing letters/Bldg Nos or figures (Block, Roman or Indian) on wall 10cm height using synthetic enamel paint white or circular /black painted, black back ground complete all as specified and as directred.

M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance n. exc. 100 mtr and depositing where directed

M&L for gunneting of exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations:-

40 mm thick in columns

30 mm thick in beams

20 mm thick in slabs

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over where fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces walls and applying two coat of acrylic anti-fugal weather proof exterior grade paint of first quality over a coat of primer incl sealing the cracks all as specified in manufacturers instruction Make STP Ltd (Shallcry - 215)/ Asian Paint (Ultima stretch)/ Berger Paint (Weather coat long) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered surface of ceiling for painting and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered surface of wall, applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting primer.
