Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced), of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work etc (below or above ground level) Removing of debries from site exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

Dismantling of brickwork / brick masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar , including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for foundations etc. or for cesspits etc. and not exc. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exc. 1.50 metre in depth and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning, filling in, of soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 250m not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150 mm, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Concrete bed to drain pipe with PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, including packing under and haunching against the sides for SGSW pipe of bore 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes Grade ‘A’ of 150 mm internal dia, laid and jointed with cement joint and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, pipe of size 150 mm dia pipe making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in manhole benching, coping including forming channels, finishing even & smooth (using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position as in cover slab etc., including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Providing Precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in manhole/ drain covers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

Brick masonry with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius (except bricks), built in Cement Mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial item No 3 here-in-before shall be used after proper washing.

S/F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, sunshed etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified

S/F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S/F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts,with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, bed plates, PCC blocks of hold fasts, PCC Gola over RCC chajja etc., including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 ) finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to new brick masonry wall including racking out joints, complete all as speecified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing of old brick masonry wall and Material and labour for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as speecified and directed.

75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/hard standing, etc, laid in approved size panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, joints filled with mastic mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of precast cement conc paver blocks of any size and shape incl cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), coloured, laid over 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes supply and spreading of sand.

Material and labour, coloured chequred cement concerete tiles 400mmx 400mmx 25mm thick glosy finish, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801 -1993), with grey cement & no pigment, laid with neat cement slury @ 3Kg/Sqm over & icluding 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in mud stops, sides of interlocking paver blocks and similar work, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down hanging mild steel gate not exceeding 1.50 Sq.m each and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair work with welding such as change of rusted hold fast, hinging device, pintol, pivotel and locking arrangement, PCC of hold fast etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar exc half brick but n.exc one brick wall inserting holdfasc and making good dismental in cement 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new wall surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coat of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls & applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 45400.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 112 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender
