Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supplying & stacking of Red bajri by mechanical transport at site with loading and unloading including royalty and carriage i/c all lead and lift at site.

Supplying and stacking of Jamuna sand/ River sand in Lawn area, including all lead and lift with royalty and carriage at site.

Anti termite treatment by digging pits 30 cm deep and 4 cm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemicals used Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration and as per direction of officer-in-charge. Tree= 250 Nos.

Providing and fixing of Tuflex Garden fencing Hexagonal net/or equivalent of green colour having contents ( Weight grams/sqm. 510 (+/- 8%)) in width of 60 cm. with bamboo of 90 cm. length. The bamboo should be painted with green colour paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and fixed 30 cm. below ground level and 60 cm. above ground level at a distance of 1.50 mtrs. The net and bamboo should be binded with 2 mm. G.I. Wire at three places properly as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) A. Holes 90 cm dia, and 90 cm deep

B. Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Supply and stacking of Michelia champa (Golden Champa)plant of height 90-105 cm. in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Providing and stacking of Polyalthia pendula (Ashok Pendula) of height 150-165 cm. in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus benjamina (green) of height 120-135 cm. with 6-8 branches and lush green foliage in g. bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Phoenix palm having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 10 to 15 or more leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Syngonium golden mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 s placed in each pot at equal distance, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Dieffenbachia Mosaic having ht. 30cm to 45 cm with 10-12 leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
