SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-I (BUILDINGS/STRUCTURE WORKS)

Construction of block of ‘SINGLE ACCN FOR 03 JCOS WITH SCOOTER/CAR PARKING SHED (D/S)’ using 3D printing technology complete all as specified in tender documents.

Construction of block of ‘SINGLE ACCN FOR 04 JCOS WITH SCOOTER/CAR PARKING SHED (D/S)’ using 3D printing technology complete all as specified in tender documents.

(Note for serial item No. 2 & 3 contd…) NOTE: (a) Serial item No 2 & 3, Schedule ‘A’ Part I is not Prepriced by MES. Bidder shall insert their rates in green field under colum 06 of BOQ. (b) The contractor has to prepare and design structural drawing complete in all respect as specified in Schedule 'A' Notes of tender document. Buildings are to be designed and constructed partly by conventional method and partly by 3D Printing technology. 3D printing technology-based work shall be construction of wall from plinth beam top to slab bottom at GF and slab top to roof bottom at FF while footing, columns upto roof slab & plinth beam, lintels over doors and windows shall be as per conventional method i.e RCC construction. (c) 3D printing work shall cover all parts in a manner such that no grooves and/or gaps remain between wall and beam and between wall and column.

(Note for serial item No. 2 & 3 contd…) NOTE: (d) The contractor shall also prepare 3D printing construction methodology report specifying complete work process of 3D printing technology including amalgamating the framed structure alongwith detailed specification of 3D printable wall such as details/ dimensions of wall thickness, layer height details in the wall, layer width details, composition of concrete 3D printable mix per cubic meter details with OPC grade, fly ash, sand, water details, super plasticizers, viscosity, fibers, 3D print wall reinforcement details, steel wire mesh reinforcements thickness details if any, reinforcement spacing details as applicable and all other details required for successful completion of work. (e) 3D print wall shall have total thickness of 230mm with inner & outer walls thickness of 50mm with maximum cavity thickness 130mm. (f) The contractor shall get all structural drawings and 3D print methodology report vetted from any of the major IIT and submit to GE (N) Bikaner for approval of Accepting Officer within the specified timeframes.

(Note for serial item No. 2 & 3 contd…) NOTE: (g) The quoted rate shall involve cost of survey, preparation and design of structural drawing based on 3D print wall, vetting of structural drawing from IIT, cost of 3D print methodology report & vetting of the same from IIT. Nothing extra cost shall be admissible on this account. (h) The contractor will be required to enter into MOU for 3D printing part of construction and cost pertaining to this shall be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. Please refer Sch 'A' Notes for further details. (j) 3D printable wall shall enable better thermal insulation and better acoustic properties then flyash brick wall being utilised earstwhile construction. (k) An authorized qualified aqainted with 3D printing work person of the vendor/thrid party hired for 3D printing work shall be made available by the contractor at site in addition to requisite manpower of 3D printing work during construction for coordination with the department for smooth execution of the work including supervision of 3D printing work at site at every stage of work.

(Note for serial item No. 2 & 3 contd…) NOTE: (l) The 3D print wall shall be compatible to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to be accommodated in the building and accordingly the walls shall be constructed and the same is to be taken into account while preparing and designing drawings. (m) The contractor/third party shall be fully responsible for look after of complete tools, equipment and plants required for 3D printing work. No claim whatsover on any account on part of expenses incurred on maintenance and otherwise on T&P will be admissible. (n) 3D print wall construction shall be cast-in-situ and not pre fabricated/construced wall panel/modules. (o) The contractor shall read complete Sch 'A' Notes before quoting the amount. No claim for any confusion/ mistake / error / misunderstanding will be admissible.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a on site replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing Exhaust Fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, 300mm sweep, 230V, 50 Hz, 1200 RPM, Copper winding and connecting with & including 1 Sqmm, three core, flexible multistranded copper conductor cable and connected from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia (upto the test point / cross arms earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, Pit cover & frame including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Notes :- (i) Filter panels, front, grill and top of the cooler body shall be made of 0.80 mm galvanized steel sheet. The sump tank and rest of the body shall be made of 1.00 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The galvanised steel sheet shall be ISI marked and shall have zinc coating not less than 100 gms/sqm and shall conform to IS : 277. Description of serial item No. 34.00 contd… (iv) Suitable nylon bushes shall be provided in the grill for easy and smooth movement of louvers. (v) The filter pads shall contain wood wool. The filter pads shall be fixed over the panel and secured by clamping guard of galvanized wire of 2mm dia (approx.) and net size 100 mm (approx.) square/rectangular. The wire guard shall be fixed in the clamps to avoid any sagging. (vi) The drain plug of brass/stainless steel shall be fitted in such a way so as to be able to completely drain the water from the tank. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for preparation of old plastered sufaces or concrete surfaces in road side path/ kerbs of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing to panels with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/ welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to Panel with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory LT Panel, indoor type (cubical type), suitable for 415 volts 3 phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating with 3 phase & neutral installed on porcelain insulators with bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers. The panel shall be dust & vermin proof, protection class IP-65 and made out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick, powder coated finish on outside & inside surfaces (approved shade), double door (front & rear), in two shalves with provision of rubber beading and front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter & locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys}, dange notice board in front and rear sides, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, pedestal frame grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including internal wiring with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 6 sqmm with proper ferrule & cable gland complete and also comprising of the following:- (Description of serial item No. 67.00 contd…)
