Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement morter bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out of MoD land upto 7.5 km, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (300x200mm) x 7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floor, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete wall, sides of RCC slab, RCC / PCC bends in walls or similar work thickness exc. 05 cm and not exc. 10 cm in rough, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or slopping in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Note :- supply only water proffing compound shall be measured separetely.

Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint overand including one coat of primer(antifungal) (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

Preparation of new plastered or un plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Chalk whitening, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls surfaces of any descriptions and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling surfaces of any descriptions and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 18 -20 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm) as in flooring with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in skirting, over and including 15 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of old decorated surface on walls (plastered or unplastered) including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint (shade as approved) in camoflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling and floor etc., including cutting/chasing in wall/floor and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
