REPAIR AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF STP AND ALLIED WORKS AT UNIT KLP UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

Comprehensive Maintenance of STP with running the plant and generating clear water and pumping in two shifts and including day to day maintenance of barscreen, pumps, motors, electrical panel, air blowers, psf, acf and cleaning of premises. Including all chemical dosing, pumps & motor lubrication, mechanical wear & tear etc.Location: Unit KLP. The quoted rates I shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following: (i)Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. (ii)To provide chemicals such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant. Cost of consumables shall be paid in respective items .(iii) Minor Spare parts if any, required for Operation / Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant during operation and maintainnace shall be borne by the contractor and quoted rate fis deemed to be inclusive of the same. (iv) The Sludge generated by the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be disposed by the contractor as per manufacturer’s instructions, OEM directives and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The water after treatment and super chlorination must satisfy following quality criteria: [a] BODs - 10 mg/lttr or less [b] TSS - 10 mg/ltr or less [c] COD - 50 mg/Ltr or less [d] PH - 6.5-8.5 [v] Coli form - 100 MPN per 100 ml [e] Residual Chlorine - [0.1-0.2] ppm or more.(f) Electricity and water for operation of the plant will be supplied by the Department free of Cost.(vi) To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice (vii) Housekeeping and Cleaning of all plant area and panel room with cutting, removing of grass, tree and cleaning of plant area including all mechanical equipment and required labour etc.

Dewatering, removing and cleaning of sludge by mechanical means or manually for all depths. Lift and lead upto 100m from the edge of sump or structure including stacking the sludge as directed and disposed from 50 km out of plant area. Item includes cost of all mechanical equipments, labour, fuel, safety device, tools and plants (a)Barscreen and oil & grease chamber of size 1.85 Cum, (b) Equalization Sump of size 30.0 Cum, (c)Tube Settler Sump of size 120.0 Cum (d) Treated Water Sump of size 27.0 Cum all as directed.

Taking up unserserviceable bar screen and providing and fixing of Bar Screen in barscreen Chamber at individual location with suitable capacity, MPPC-MS/GI, 8/6mm x 25mm facing to flow, clear space in between bar 25mm, velocity at bar screen 0.6m/sec including labor, transport etc. of size 700mm x 1500mm all as directed
